Memphis Power Pro Wrestling was used to develop WWF talent before they debuted on RAW, but they also had their own wrestlers too. I'd guess someone in the WWF office saw this and had the idea to use Mae. King wanted Stacy on WWF TV but she never got a full contract with WWF, she worked on a pay-per-appearance basis. When King/Stacy left WWF, King was working with JR on a deal to get them to return. King was due to return as a commentator for the the WCW match that occurred on RAW between Buff Bagwell and Booker T, and Stacy was set to accompany him to ringside. This was all agreed upon. The problem then was that WWF had no further plans to use Stacy, while King wanted her to get a full-time contract. Negotiations fell apart until King/Stacy split, and then King returned.
Rob C who did stacey cheat on King with? They brought it up on something to wrestle with podcast , but didn't say name or names of individuals that were sleeping with her behind kings back. They eluded to the fact that everyone knew accept King.

Mae Young between 1939 to 2010 had only 199 matches. She didn't wresled between 1960-1966 and 1969-1996 i was suprised about that too. Weird that she only had under 200 matches and still is one of the most loved and famous woman wrestler in the world. Things are differed now and girls in wwe have more matches in half year Mae Young had in 65years...
