    Supine Leg Raises:
    Goal is 1 set of 10 with straight legs.
    Start with alternating heel taps 1-3 sets working up to 60-90 seconds of total time.
    Split Squat:
    Goal is 3 sets of 15 reps at 3 seconds up, 3 seconds down. Rest 30 seconds between sides, and 90 seconds between sets.
