Being a hotelier I will say that indian food safety officers are eating money from the hotel, I have worked in the Middle East where baldiya (food safety ) is very strict and powerful they will enter the hotel to check If they find anything wrong immediately they will seal the hotel with a red tag
Food safety officers pls create awareness to the public and pls be available to contact...most of the people not aware how to complain or not aware whom to contact.. Many hotels out there not following safety guidelines
Govt should make strict rules and allow them to display the phone number of food safety dept. And kitchen must be keep such that customers can see easily visible through transparent glass walls
People should minimize eating out, Particularly Biryanis.. All the restaurants named are popular among people..if they are doing this means what about the ones who has less customers. Unfortunately, these days women also preferring to eat outside for different reasons. simple road side chat bhandars and tiffin centers are better than Biryani points.
Please leave hotels . Understand how economy cycle works. Eat in hotel ( generate revenue and pay tax to governement) ---> Diseases like gastric, heart, liver related -----> Go to hospital ( Again doctors and government get money ).
