How many of you have made the jump from bottling to kegging?

I’m wanting to but am unsure about the carbonating part without using co2

I’m wanting to keg my next brew which is fermenting right now.
Can one ad a sugar or other fermentable at kegging time to carbonate the beer instead of using co2 for a couple weeks which ties up your co2 tank and regulator?
What would you suggest to use and how much for 19 to 21 litres of beer in a keg?

You could add 3/4 - 1 cup of dextrose to the keg. Make sure to hook it up to co2 once it's filled to make sure the lid is sealed then let it sit at room temperature for a few weeks. Alternatively you could get a splitter and have your co2 tank hooked up to multiple kegs at once.
