What’s weird to me is sidewalks are suppose to be public and technically you do not own the sidewalk no matter where you are so the HOA should be responsible for the sidewalks just like they are for the roads!
Why would this by an HOA violation? You're doing them a service by cleaning the disgusting sidewalk that is better appreciated when it's clean. And it makes a good impression on the neighborhood. I'm sure neighbors are appreciating it but if only HOA could which is the one that really matters in this situation. I guess like others have said is for the use of harmful chemicals in a public place? But how else is a sidewalk gonna get cleaned?
Why did you hit with a turbo nozzle first? Would think pre treat with SH and the surface cleaner followed by a post treat would do that in less time. Not giving you attitude, just asking.
HOA put a lien on my brother's half a million house because he questioned where all the money goes, so they found a way to punish him by stirring up a problem between him and his neighbor and from there, everything escalated to Supreme Court. It's been going on for years now , they drained his pocket and still not resolved yet.

Not a good job, you can see everywhere you didn't clean it properly. That's a job I would expect from a local child, not a professional company

Everyones complaining but did they get the job done they were hired for?
Hoa is tripping that sidewalk is city property
what? wearing crocks
Skip the turbo nozzle and clean the concrete twice if you have to with the surface cleaner
HOAs could completely disappear, and all neighborhoods would be better off. City ordinances are in place already for problems that occur. 🙄
Can’t trust anyone wearing crocks!
just a suggestion here but maybe treat first then surface clean the post treat.
Just an advise, get a softwash or downstream when that spray backpack with SH leak or break down, good luck to your wife!!!
I would never live in a home with Hoa, this is crazy
I'm still trying to figure out what the HOA violation is? Use of chemicals, maybe?
Hoa needs to get out do that
That took wayy too long 🤣 wasted SH too 🤦🏽♂️
My man working with crocs 😂👏🏼
