An Elderly Grandma reached out to us as her Trailer Park recently sent her a letter stating she could be fined or evicted if she didn't power wash her trailer or paint it within the next few weeks. We went over to visit the Elderly Grandma and we were shocked at what power this trailer park had. We also noticed there were several other trailers that were just as dirty but it seems they are targeting her! We ended up power washing the entire trailer and even cleaned her driveway and porch. I've never seen so much dirt on the driveway, it looks white now.

She actually has a neat and nice green yard area, which is far more than I witness and most mobile homes in even "nicer" complexes.
Sure the siding could be cleaner and the sidewalk unburied, but overall it was not bad.
I also feel this was personal or profits driven, not a rational legally sound notice
Your community is blessed to have you. The way you help the elderly is so appreciated by them and their neighbors, and by me it so nice to know there still good people out thete.

I commend you that was wonderful what you did for her , can't believe how petty some people with a little bit of power would do.
I wonder if the management is targeting her to get her to leave so they can increase the lot rent? I have heard of this kind of harassment. If she continues to be harassed after this, help her find a new place to move her mobile home too. She deserves better than that.
I watched this entire video. The grandma was helping to move items off her patio. She didn't deserve to get evicted! I'm glad you showed us other trailers behind her house that were in worse condition. You are so right when you said the elderly are targets. You did a great job, bless your soul.

This looks to be a late 60's or early 70's maybe ..mobile home. It's a lot like the one I lived in as a teenager. They are built solid. Nice bones. Worth the TLC. This is going to look nice to come home to. I commend the park for wanting to keep up the neighborhood. If they continue to be too particular about her mobile home, she could have a talk with the civil rights commission.

I’m an elderly grandmother too. We have to keep things cleaned up like everyone else, but those other trailers look just as bad or worse than hers. Perhaps they got notifications too🤷🏻♀️? Erik you did a special service! How wonderful!👍🏻💙💙💙

Great power washing. It would seem to me the park owners are very neglectful on maintaining the drainage at the park as you could see as you tried to Power Wash under the carport. The water had no where to drain easily. This causes the dirt to constantly be accumulating on the concrete and in Florida this a great cause of the mold and slippery concrete. Thanks for assisting the retired older lady who has probably lived there for 10 plus years, maybe 20. I would say she has maintained her older mobile home quite well. This citation could be a ploy get move her out to get newer mobiles in at an increase in rent. I saw this very thing happen in several mobile home parks in Florida.
Definitely sad seeing folks go through this.
So true, Landlords are always right, tenants are not. This behavior is 1000s of years old. Something breaks down, or it rains when Landlords want to go golfing, it's the tenants fault of course. Those wombats are bad. Tenants know how those Landlords are.

Hello Erik, this was a fantastic transformation for this woman's house. And now the park cannot mess with her. I noticed the other trailers in the park that were also Dirty. I wonder if they messed with them too! Or just signaling out this elderly lady! Awesome to find a hidden patio under the grass and dirt. Nature always amazes me as how quickly it reclaims the buildings and walkways and roads we humans put on the earth.
You’re so generous spending time and effort to help others in need. The dirty trailer warning was just an excuse to get her out, despicable. But you made her trailer shine ⭐️

I've got a feeling they want her out so they can move someone else in. It wasn't even that bad at all, you can tell she keeps it nice out there with her little signs and flowers. A*holes! Anyway, besides that, it looked sparkling ✨️
It's so nice of you to do this for her! I'm 70 and live in a mobile home in northern MI (on my wooded acreage) and got rid of my power washer, because after using it, even for 30 minutes, the weight would hurt my arms. For the last 3 years, I've used a brush that extends (like you would use on a car and is light weight), a bucket with vinyl house cleaner in it and my regular hose. I hose down the section of siding I'm working on, brush on the cleaner, wait for 3-5 minutes, in stubborn areas, but a lot of the time I can brush on the cleaner and immediately hose it off. This works very well, is faster than using the power washer (for me) and I use the same technique on my pole barn and shed. Usually, the algae grows only on the north side of the structures on my property, and I wash them every year.
Trailer parks are run by some of the worst people on the planet. I know... I live in one.
I've had good, compassionate managers and I've had (currently) a manager who will look for any excuse and use intimidating, strong-armed tactics to justify their paycheck to the owners.

Pressure washing is such a messy job, but always makes such a difference. I really like her home, and I think is very well kept, even before you cleaned it. I think they are harassing her, because there were homes that were not in that good of condition as hers. I watched your video when mowing her grass, and I recognized it right away. It’s amazing and beautiful think you have done for her we need more human beings in this world like you, instead of one’s like the property owner being ugly to the elderly the fact is I am afraid that they are just doing this to get her out so somebody need’s to try an check on her every day because if I am right they will come up with something else stupid to try and evict her because it seems to me that is what they are trying to do! She needs to be protected from the property owner! It is happening to more than her that I know for sure all over the United States sad but very true due to greed!

That’s what I was thinking. The trailer is still I. Good shape, they get her out and they can Jack the rent up.
Sure sounds that way. They did that to my partners mom after 15 years. For something someone else did. B's. I'd say she needs to find a new place to live sooner than later he did a great job but this isnt over yet I'm sure.
A trailer park here got new owners and jacked up everyone rent. They also have very specific rules, such as skirting, neat yard and they have to agree to that before they move no, surprises.
