Ooh excited for your exciting news!! But please explain what's happened with your Avocado estate agency.? . I've seen other people keep asking as well .🙋♀️ Greenhouse looking good Elliott .. we've just planted up our hanging baskets & might do a tomato one this year.. I haven't got room for a greenhouse so start most of my seeds off on the shed ledge & then in the conservatory.... Doing well with your healthy eating but I still thing your portions are big ....

Elliot, think about using Plain non fat Greek yoghurt instead of crème fraiche or sour cream. An option for you and Matt
We had a cat named Max - sometimes Mad Max - sometimes Max the pain in the Ass Cat. Max was a mighty hunter and would leave on the front door outdoor mat, and back door outdoor mat his "presents" for us. Mice, rabbits, voles......sigh. But - he was defending us from having animal life intrusions into the house. We lived facing a large park and river area that was/is part of the Trans Canada Trail, and there were critters around that we did not want in the house. Elliot - Beau is just doing his job as nature intended. It can be surprising and also sad sometimes.

Totally feel with you. Had to replace alkt the white stuff with brown. Prediabetic diet. I was told I can let loose one day a week. That's when I eat fries with my lunch. 😂.

You’re keeping your greenhouse plants far too wet and they end up getting root rot that’s why the cucumber died
