Yep definitely still wearing a pfd 👷♀️. With pfds, if you've got a bigger one it probably easiest to wear it underneath your harness but I've got one that goes about halfway my torso. With getting on the trap faster, footwork is key but also jumping out the side and clipping on afterwards once your hanging out the side. Any other questions please let me know!

Haha cheers. It's a lot of fun. Yep, when we go sailing solo with no club patrol boats out, we always make sure we take a VHF Incase we get into any sort of situation
@plexx731 I use a STANDARD HORIZON HX890BK. I find it's really good especially with the built in GPS and amazing battery life. I can at times go about 2 months without having to recharge it.

I think it is a VHF radio, you can see the antenna at some points in the vid
