I wrote and directed the original video for "Out for a Rip" as a tribute to life in small town Canada -- trucks, back roads, hockey talk, "buddy," and of course, going "Out for a Rip." It means different things depending on where you're from, but in Tamworth, Ontario, where I grew up, going "out for a rip" basically means lettin' er' all hang out, and rippin' around in the truck, or your car, bike, boat, lawnmower... whatever...just as long as she goes!.
I'm pumped to present this TSN remix of "Out for a Rip" for your viewing pleasure. The folks over at TSN were like, "Hey B.Rich, you wanna swing by the station and shoot a rap video with James Duthie and the boys?" And I was like, "you KNOW it, bud!." I reworked the track with a new verse, we broke out some cameras, and I sat in on the panel for a day and ripped it up with the TSN gang. I got dance lessons from Wardo, played Sega Genesis with Vic Rauter and took a beating from Duthie in the parking lot. All in a day's work. I had a blast working on this project. Much respect to all the lads at TSN that were down to step out from behind the desk and giver' in a rap video.

HNIC is a joke! Half of the panel are a bunch of idiots! Don Cherry is so biased with his team the Bruins, Ron is basically Cherry's bitch, PJ Stock, Kevin Weekes and Glenn Healy dont know what the hell they are talking about, and not to mention Healy has the biggest ego EVER.
