l took early retirement last year. l always said to myself "I'm going to be selvish and buy the Bernina B770 QE Tula Pink:. after 2/3 days l thought that l had made a mistake buying it. Next port of call UA-cam. L came across you guys. The book is not very clear nor the head.bar. l was contemplating going back to my B380 , your video on the back kick plate was great. my confidence restored. Thank You for clear tutorials 👍. Now my thread catcher has had some love.🤷😊

Got my 570 took my class yesterday and love it. Great machine and a beautiful upgrade for me from my 25 year old 160. I live in Fort Myers area of Florida and so thankful for my Bernina dealer. Love watching you and keep it up

It is good to be able to go to your video. The instruction were clearly presently, I was able to sort out the problem in no time at all. It is frustrating that Bernina who know of this difficulty cannot give a more up to date guide in their manual ..... Thank you. Ellen London

Hi, just wanted to thank you for your video. I was in a bit of a panic when I couldn't figure it out (the book is sort of weak in that point). Thanks for explaining it and showing me how to do it. OK back to sewing. Thanks again.

Thanks for your help!! I can always count on you guys to present a simple explanation of Bernina capabilities as well as maintenance. There should be a footnote in the User Manual that refers all Bernina owners to your UA-cam videos. Thanks again

I happy you found my video and it helped. I am a strong believer in understanding the why and then how. If people understand why they need to do something then they will want to do it. :)

Thank you for sharing nice information, do you have any video saying how I can replace the blade on the bernina 7 series?

I noticed that you didn’t lower the feed dogs as instructed. Is that an important step? I forget to do it sometimes.

@@sewingwithcodyandpete8651 . New to my 770qe. Having trouble with aurifil thread breaking and very linty. I am in the 1300 quilting mode. Its a cone on the multiple spool holder. I am trying some presencia 3 ply. Its ok. I have an order in for seperior masterpiece. Any advice or do you have a video on quilt piecing. Thread. Starting and stopping. To tie off or not. This is my first fancy machine with the cutting and all the special features. We are over an hr away from my dealer. And covid making utube learning a must.

Hi! Is there a way to move the thread cutter when the machine is off? I did not put it away and turned off my machine so now it’s starting in error 1010 mode.

I am sorry for the late reply, I don't get on here as often as I should to reply to messages. I am sure or I am hoping you were already able to fix your issue BUT honestly I am not sure if you're able to do move the thread catcher back "from the consumer side of the machine". I don't want to advise you or anyone to fiddle with the machine too much beyond what is instructed, but you should be able to get it back where it is supposed to be.
Sorry if that isn't the most helpful answer.
