Mustaine (like the badass legend he is) said he was worried cause he wants to give the best shows to the fans... So instead of worrying about his spine, he was more concerned about giving his fans the best experience. He's a legend!

Argentina is Megadeth’s home outside of the states and it’s nothing but fitting that Kiko is there. It blows my mind that people can’t appreciate all Mega lineups if you’re a fan in the first place.
