I used this machine today for the first time I made 2 ribeye steaks on it. It did not drip out the back, I put a paper towel back there but nothing. It did splatter some not too bad at all no more than my frying pan would. However my unit never stopped blinking. I figure it’s defective I’m exchanging it tomorrow. I like the way it cooks my meat, so I’m going to stick with it. It’s pretty easy to clean up, I used the wet paper towel trick and it worked. It’s listed in the booklet that came with the unit.
You could also buy a drip catcher for the back of the machine. I have one some where. Silicon mat under it.

Wanted to see it cook not only complaints
It is a review... Watching it splatter grease every where will be in my upcoming review before I bring back the 20 year old George Foreman grill

Glad I watched this before ordering.
Something I like about the George Foreman kind is that it does a good job at making sure the grease goes down and not everywhere.
Thats ok, I havent cleaned my kitchen since 1998 so it wont matter. 😁

Thank you for reviewing this product! I will not be purchasing it, I don’t want to clean up a huge mess every time I use it nor do I want to burn myself trying to prevent it from dripping all over the back of the machine and on my counters. 🙂
Curry thank you for this. Mine is on the way from BestBuy. I will receive it 2 days from this writing. I am not even going to open it, just return it. I purchased it (like most) because it was on sale. With your evaluation, the subsequent clean-up just isn't worth it. Additionally, I don't know how many times u used yours, but it looked like it was 10yrs old (just kidding). I guess we understand now why the George Foreman Grill was such an astonishing thingamabob (is that a word :).
