My guess is you got the Associated drag car. It was $200 off Black Friday. The limiting straps are a great idea for the rear. I haven't needed limiting straps for the front. I agree the lower links are absolutely necessary. They really stiffen up the Ryft. Can't wait to see what you got!
Nice rc room man. Both the Ryft and DB Pro are great rigs. You might be better off with a better brand shock like a Proline, Axial shocks have never been that good it seems and usually leak at some point.
@@GuyonaMoose That’s a good sign. Maybe they’ve improved. I’m thinking of going with shorter shocks when i build my Ryft. A bit lower will probably help the handling.
@@voodootrucker ya I haven’t had issues with them but I’ve been shopping for the best solution. Seems proline 5in my shocks would do best. Stock is like 135mm/145mm I think
Great video! I'm considering this modification.
Hey, welcome back!
Why thank you.

You already know. 😜
@@JasonPerrinRCVlogs Ah, yes I remember! Wasn't sure if you got some else on black Friday 👍It's gonna be awesome!
No, I did look… A LOT. Lol. But I went with what I originally wanted. Now I just patiently wait. :)
Can you please let me know how you make out on dbpro with the wheels thanks an thumbs up
What is the suitable servo for the RYFT two speed gearbox?
I bought the 101 spring kit from princess auto and put 4 matching “pen springs” in each shock under the piston.
Hello front 110m and 140mm rear ?

I know what you mean man. Every axial shock has leaked. To my surprise the ryft shocks haven’t given any issues.
