Little tip from a chef: 1:18, when you are scraping food off a chopping board, flip your knife over and use the non-sharp side. This maintains the sharpness and lifespan of your knives. 😉

The cake is calculated to be about 5479 calories (roughly)
And 1/8 (a slice) to be about 685 calories

I saw it coming at the cream cheese-greek yogurt-whipped cream exaggeration. There are simpler ways of baking!
We tried doing this with my sister and DAMN WAS IT GOOD. It tastes like something you’d buy from a good patisserie. Although we baked it a little too long, it still ended up being delicious as HELL! Thanks for this great video!
Nothing as satisfying as having your cheesecake turn out that good, sometimes even better than one from a good patissaire when you add in some personal touches. Oh doesn't it feel like one slice of your cheesecake is worth 100$.

I have made this cheesecake twice. The second time I put the crust in the oven for 10-minutes, and I believe it came out even better. Thank you for the easy to follow recipe.

@@clarissetan That would do if it has the same width as this one, because the pan in the video could take a lot more. I don't mind if my cheesecake filling ends up too much anyway, the raw leftover is so tasty lol. You can still do less the next time, use a bit less of everything.
