@@xidjav1836 The girl in this song hates the way she looks, and blames God for making her look that way. God is represented by the statue, supported by the angelic imagery of the other statues featuring robed figures and Cupids.
Her breaking God’s statue represents her moving on, breaking that part of herself that she’s ashamed of and accepting herself for who she is. Not only does that statue represent God, it’s also a manifestation of her hatred towards herself. So when she sees that she looks exactly like God with the same imperfections she’s able to move on, breaking said statue to destroy her shame and self loathing, hence why she dawns a crown at the end of the sing. She’s accepted her flaws and has become her own God, in a sense.
@@edgydemonchild4485 from what I thought that the statue is just someone copying her but not as a perfect as the girl you could say its a hollow imitattion with no love of her and she finally gets revenge on those who's truly ugly. My thoughts on this was her being the beutiful imitation through love so that's why she's a soft warm human while the statue is just a hollow imitation that was created never through love so it became a hollow cold statue.

I have listened to the original for about 20+ times in 2 days and I can confidently say this song is one of the best I have ever heard. The lyrics are great, the beat is just catchy, and Ado’s vocal range makes this song so enjoyable. And you reflected the vibe in almost all of the growls, the light notes perfectly in this cover. I love this song, and this cover. I usually don't enjoy English covers nearly as much as the Japanese original. But this ones especially amazing. Also the growls (?) fit in perfectly. The voice crack at 0:32. Especially parts like 0:34, 0:45 - 0:47, 1:36- 1:40(gave me chills) 2:50 and way more. v cool song in general as well.

Was wishing you'd retain "an image God had made with his off hand" as "left hand" though, as later there's also lyrics that go "If I find God’s a lefty I can’t say how happy I’d be", emphasizing how the main character always thought God made her sloppily with the non-dominant hand, but secretly wishing she was His masterpiece, which later she wasn't able to accept the 'masterpiece' that is her resemblance to God either as she rejects Him, 'destroying' the image before her
