Best Music I have heard in ages. Straight forward with a great placement of interesting riffs. I am not a musician but I know what I enjoy. There are bands that are faster, lower tuned, gruffer vocals etc...but even those bands can come off as weak. This track sounds strong and that strength, which is the band itself, makes this an extreme track that inspires me. Thanks for posting this on the tube!
Reading Alien - River of Pain. Reads that they name the colony location Acheron and it's a river that flows through Hades in Greek mythology and translates to River of Pain. I thought to myself, "That has to be a metal band name." I was right.
The echoe in the vocals of the new album goes really well, sounds very 90´s, also those Mercyful Fate style solos are a very distinctive aspect of the band, Hail Acheron !
