Pete is such an entertaining man, full of wit and interesting stories. I sacrificed sleep but I'll rest well and rejuvenated with all the energy Pete has transferred to us through telling his experiences.
We pay in full
Pete learning the plot of Fist of the North Star through Pachinko is pretty much the same as Connor learning the plot of Star Wars through the Lego games
Its like how there are some people who loosely know a vague idea of the dragonball universe by watching DBZA.
Easily the best guest on the Podcast. They need to get him on an After Dark special or something. Make him a game show host.
Great idea
That would be awesome.
have him on at the end to get people to tidy up after longer after dark streams
tied with ladybeard
Absolutely. I wasn't even planning to watch this but it came on on autoplay and I was quickly captivated by his storytelling. Great guy!

NGL for me this is the best TT guest episode. didn't realize how quick 2hrs went by. Peter is one of the best storytellers imo.
Pete is such a character! I am glad he has made it on the show. He is overall a very entertaining, energetic, positive person and contributes much to whatever he touches just through his quirky personality alone.
I'm one hour and fifteen minutes in to this, and I've heard probably 9 stories and I think all they've asked him was, "so what have you been up to lately Pete?". Love this. I swear, someone has to make a movie about him, from his own school issues as a kid to now. A true example of overcoming adversity and life issues.
I first saw Pete on Abroad in Japan’s channel and was instantly blown away by his storytelling skills and natural charisma. So glad he was invited as a guest for Trash Taste! It was so enjoyable I was actually disappointed when I got to the end. Thanks for having him on! I hope he can come back sometime ❤
I've heard Pete's teaching stories on Chris' podcast, in an Abroad In Japan video, and now here and yet, it never gets old. You always learn something new. This man knows how to tell a story!
Gahlee his storytelling is insane. It didn't feel like 2 hours at all. This episode is a 100/100 🔥
right? the last while the episodes have been rather boring and i found myself not finishing most of them but with Pete it was over before I knew it and I just wanted more lol i really hope they bring him on again and chris soon as well!
That theater degree is paying off
It had been two years since I had seen a full episode. For me, Peter recaptured that spontaneous magic that kept me interested in the early podcasts.
man, for anyone interested in Japan this was a GOLDEN interview, tnks a lot guys, Pete is awesome!
I literally gasped with happiness and excitement when I saw Pete was the guest! 🥳
Same!
Had this faint hope he'd one day show up as a guest. Never thought he actually would, and so soon!
Peter is such a good character man. Never been this hooked on a episode in so long.
omg Pete is such a great guest - this man is so charismatic and has so many stories to tell. Absolute banger episode.
this is like the only episode i've rewatched, Pete is just such a legend
This guy is an excellent storyteller. I've rewatched it 4 times now.
Same😂 It never gets old
Pete is the definition of the hustle! From being a teacher, to modelling, to Japanese Cult VA work, he deserves all twitch success!
WE NEED ANOTHER EPISODE WITH PETE!!!
Genuinely one of the best episodes in the Podcast so far. I love the way Pete tells his stories and he seems like a really nice guy. I've looked him up on his Twitch and he seems fun to watch as well.
THE best storyteller on trash taste bar none, Pete's just great overall! Nice to finally have him as a guest on the podcast!
6:38 I love the idea of all of us Americans immediately knowing this song and Joey Conner and garnt are super confused
I'm so glad Pete's finally on the show. He's got a deep well of stories and always seems like he brings a positive energy to everything.
We need more Pete episodes, with his wacky stories. He's an infinite source of podcast content 😂
Pete's got such campfire energy bro, everone huddled round and his stories keep you warm. Absolute GOAT
I’ve watched this episode so many times and I never get tired of Pete telling all the stuff he experienced, he’s such a great story teller
You could let him talk for hours and hours and there wouldnt be a dull moment. Such a charming and fun guy.
That's exactly what happened in this video lol. Dude literally just talked for 2 hours straight and was entertaining as hell.
Finally a guest to rival Ladybeard's energy. We pay in full!
Right? I thought of him immediately!
now imagine both of them together in this podcast.. i think garnt's mouth would start foaming at the first 2 tangents 😂
Pete's energy is definitely high but it's not ladybeard high. However what he lacks in energy, he makes up for in stories and experiences.
I bet those two can't be in same room. It creates nuclear energy explosion... Or the cancel each other out into some vacuum of space. Something too epic that destroys everything. xD
@@jjpark98 ah, so there's room for negotiations..
When he was talking about the texan teacher disappearing, my friend did that when he was teaching in China to escape COVID. He also called up another English teacher and said that the apartment was unlocked and to take whatever furniture they wanted.
I bet he had some of his worst days of his life doing all kinds of shit but all the experiences good and bad has turned him into such a charismatic person. Such an optimistic guy. Really loved his energy.
I have never laughed so hard at an episode, but Pete is such a charisma bomb. I’ve been wondering if he would ever come on here, and Pete does not disappoint!
Pete's finally on Trash Taste. Man has more stories than Connor's bad takes
Now let's not get THAT far
Garnts*
@@seasyrenn let's all agree every one of them have infinite bad takes.
@@Raeirenelene true but game of thrones one, tasteless bread, and parks are useless...surely Garnt is top tier
@@seasyrenn I was a Grant believer
pete is a genius story teller. truly so good at weaving in comedy into his stories.
One of my favourite quotes from Pete! Saving it myself or for anyone who needs any inspiration in life 1:23:14
With Pete’s storytelling, these 2 hours flew by. What a hilarious character of a man. Hope we get him on again
Pete is always entertaining but goddamn he is MADE for this format. He should start a podcast (if he doesn’t already do that).
4th member?????
He has a basketball podcast with his friend Ian called magic on the blacktop
@@Mystelblade Him and Chris can chessbox for the fourth spot.
@@dylanhemer wtf
So happy for Pete, what a champ!
My favorite guest by far! 83 kid growing up in the 90’s having lived in Japan and the US. Flood of nostalgia. That was awesome!
Dude I love this guy. Every time I see him with Chris and Connor I’m like, “Wait he’s amazing omg.” 😂
I’m so glad that Pete is finally on TT! He has so much great stories and chemistry with everyone! (He even accepted Meilyn’s sweat fetish in a separate stream). Petition for him to be a regular guest!
fck yeah would love to see more of pete on TT, him and chris are by far the best guests on the show so far!
Honestly that’s the only episode I think of any podcast in a while, where I listened to the whole thing and enjoyed every second
Pete is such a wonderful storyteller , I hope he reads this ❤
Holy hell, that was so much fun. What an interesting person! Thanks for having him on, I clicked on the video intending to watch 10 or 15 minutes right now, then finish it off later, as usual, but I couldn't stop. It felt like this flew by in 20 minutes because it was so entertaining and interesting, Pete's lived such a completely different life from myself, and had so many completely foreign experiences that it's just fascinating, I could easily listen to hours and hours more of him talking about his life.
That's the most engaged I've felt in I don't even know how long, thank you guys for having him on, I likely wouldn't have ever stumbled across such an absolute gem. This was truly a joy to watch, I had so much fun it's unreal, thanks for the treat!
