- so i finally check the timing on the ppump 6.7 cummins to see what we had, we started out at 38 degrees, i played it back 4 degrees as the last adjust didn't make much differences. But with a small jet change we were able to hit 1125hp on the old ppump 6.7 cummins in the first gen, have to do more playing and tuning but it's coming along.

Awesome Rob. Loving the nitrous content. I've been curious about jet size changes because obviously every truck is different. I'm always happy the next day after I've had the truck out that it still starts lol.
Given that you have a modified 215 pump from Seth. How did you determine where your timing is set? I saw the dial indicator in the plunger, but I thought that plunger lift / timing charts weren't accurate for modified pumps. Please explain how you did this.
With this pump it’s the same as a 215hp as that it’s has 215hp cam and plungers.
I should do a video on that to explain
How are your boost and drive pressures running across the rpms now?
If I can get the data log figured out I can tell. Watching in in really time it’s pretty equal

What nitrous setup are you running?
Rob, I haven’t found black diesel in a high horsepower application. Maybe the coking would burn off under a spirited run. My 1996 Ram coked the injectors with 2 tanks of fuel. All stock.

Being it’s making power so high in rpm you torque likes to drop off. It’s making peak power 4700rpm

Awesome progress Rob. Excited for ya, you're doing well man. Been awhile since I commented,but back again for support. I'm cheap and log everything Mechanical while driving. Intercooler, like my On3 Intercooler. Not much for mishimoto
Spray your other nitros jet and solenoid onto the front of the intercooler. Instant cold spray on it. They actually make a fogger grid that mounts to the front. It’s also completely safe because nitros isn’t flammable on its own.
If I am going to use the nitrous I will just add it in the air. I am thinking the cac is a restriction.
That Pump should have a check valve in it so it’ll hold pressure and I see it’s not maybe it’s bad.
The valve in the pump isn’t a valve. It just has a small hole in it. The regulator is in the fass unit

Does at a certain point then it goes the other way. I will get into the in later videos
