- Just days after he lost the state elections, former Andhra Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is under fire. TDP has accused Jagan Reddy of constructing a luxurious resort on Rushikonda Hill in Visakhapatnam worth Rs 500 crore. TDP alleged that the resort, disguised as a tourism project, was intended for Jagan's personal use.

Mr. Peethala Murthy yadav, corporator ,22nd ward visakhapatnam was The first person who opposed and approached court regarding this matter and got a stay order from high court, due to which the then Hnble CM could not occupy the rushikonda palace and couldn't stay at visakhapatnam. If not for mr. Murthy yadav, today's elections wouldhv been different. Mr.murthy yadav fought the case on his own expenses and had attended every court hearing personally hundreds of times to vijayawada high court ,350kms away from his home town. Hats off to such leaders.

Auction extravagant amenities like chandeliers, fans, bathtub, massage tables, etc. and get more funds. Let the buildings stay in their aesthetic glory. Name buildings after our great Rishis.

It appears that the YSRCP believed their role would last for several decades. The government always used to borrow money by pledging government properties whenever there is a financial need, such as paying salaries to employees and other welfare schemes. In such circumstances, the Government misappropriated tax payer's money on inappropriate manner instead of benefiting the general public of Andhra Pradesh.
A committee headed by Sri Lakshmi IAS already submitted a report saying Rushikonda buildins alone suitable for CM( then Jagan) residence.
First 7 lavish buildings built at the cost of Government with the pretext of tourist accommodation, but later those are being concerted to Jagan residence. Expenditure born by the government and enjoyed by Jagan at free of cost
Also report about ntr bavan palace worth rs.1000 cr in Hyderabad...

As per ARNAB's suggestion on T.V. take that 40 cr. BATHTUB and put it in VIZAG CITY CENTER with a big hoarding "JAGAN's bathtub at the expense of the people of A.P", and this is the development that JAGAN has made in the last 5 years.
