If not for mr. Murthy yadav, today's elections wouldhv been different. Mr.murthy yadav fought the case on his own expenses and had attended every court hearing personally hundreds of times to vijayawada high court ,850kms away from his home town. Hats off to such leaders.

I strongly wish and demand to make this lavish palace as a tourism and technology university of Andhra pradesh. We here in Andhra don't have proper educational institutions and university but how these politicians need of these luxurious lavish for there selfish purposes. We strongly demand to make this as tourism and technology institution. Once this is handed over to students no politians will have such thoughts to spend such lavish in future, If this palaces are turned to educational institutions students itself will promote Andhra and Vizag as tourism hub with courses offered. This has to be used as rightly for the development of the state and the unnecessary furniture has to be sold out by govt and use that money for renovating the palace as education institution, there are many halls and banquet hall which can be used seminar halls and library rooms or event festive halls.
It seems the resorts that demolished to build these palaces were only renovated very recently.

Only Few resorts which are in lease contract, because those are getting lose that's why few resorts are in lease, but remaining all haritha resorts are running by the government. Rates and taxes are increasing, decreasing is common in any government, before government 2014-2019 government increased rates, bills, taxes. That's why all the same are continuing, but chandra babu has given promise that he decreases taxes, daily essential rates, bills, petrol and diesel rates etc...., But not deceased still same rates are continuing.
