Chatterley Valley Development Update October 2023 Work Paused on Peacock Hay Road

The latest video of the Chatterley Valley Development site, I took the drone over the site in October 2023. It has also been reported in the local press due to the appointed developer encountering some financial problems some of the work has stopped whilst the site owner Harworth Group and the local councils work together to get another contractor and ensure the local road Peacock Hay Road is opened as soon as possible.
As can be seen by the works the site is massive and once completed will bring many jobs to the area and hopefully financial benefits to the area.

Apologies I made a rookie error with the music on the video I have went back to try and remove the music but it removes all sound unfortunately. It's certainly a lesson learnt for me 😥😥
