Bro why would you put the engine cover on after you connected the negative from the alternator to the body, I was trying to see what direction you ran it but you covered it all up
These are the installation instructions straight from mechman. You can see that an alternator 250-400 amps only requires 1/0 copper or 2/0 CCA. www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=www.mechman.com/content/instructional-pdfs/2022-INSTR-GEN.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwin_tj4id-BAxX9JUQIHd6UA3oQFnoECBQQBg&usg=AOvVaw2Xgez-IkMqXzaIjCZ95UKK

Maybe I will upload the really long version of this install at a later date. Definitely appreciate the feedback 🍻

There is a wire harness that goes to the back of the motor. I just followed that harness with the alternator ground and connected it on the firewall.
Shouldn’t you be running 4/0 wire to be able to utilize the 400 amps from that alternator?

Bro u should use fuse hold battery 350amp or 400amp and I did take 400amp fuse
My setup is separated off of the stock fuse. I am currently also using a 100amp circuit breaker on all my accessories.
