    My therapist recommended bullet journaling for my mental health. I have depression and anxiety. I go through cycles of depression quite often. You made this look so simple. Hopefully I can make this work for myself. I just want to be happy. Thank you for this ❤️

    I wish i could do this. Ive tried so many times to journal and keep track of my accountability but, it never works out. I end up having a big dumpy day and just dont just to opt to sleep. I wish i could find a thing to help me get back on the horse when i fall off. Like right now im not swimming when i used to swim every day. I ended up getting hospital sick and when i got back home, i just stopped swimming eventho i love it.

    This is great! I especially love how you tracked your emotional/mental status for the day. I just uploaded a video on different layouts I use for mental health as well and I feel like one of the most important things is to just create space for us to acknowledge how we are feeling and be okay with it. Thanks for sharing :)

    I see plenty of videos on how to journal but none that say HOW journaling helps you rather than just saying it helps you. What does this do for you? How does it help?
