Tom these videos make my week every week. I work data entry for my 'pay the bills' job right now and then go home, work out, and then work on my novel for the rest of the day. The dream is to one day be on the New York Times Bestseller list and when the hours at the data entry job get particularly draining, hearing your interviews with these amazing individuals help keep my spirits up and my work ethic thriving. I genuinely appreciate you, your entire team, and everything you guys do for the hopefuls of this world. Thank you for all the amazing work!

Tom, This is my first ever comment on youtube. I feel obliged to say thank you for creating such amazing videos. I look forward to every Tuesday. I live in UK and checked youtube more than a dozen times today. I hear these videos when I am down, demotivated, or even when I am feeling upbeat. I feel that the number of views on these videos are no justice to the quality of the content. I really wish and hope that millions of people watch them and learn from them. Thank you again for introducing to all these amazing people who have achieved so much regardless of any limitations .

Yeah true, but I am true that in a few month from now this show is going to get to a bigger audience. It is just too good to not have more views. The problem is most of the views are from people who already are interested in getting better and the ones who aren`t working on themselves who need to see this, have no access and those people are the majority which has to be address to increase the views. So we as a community need to spread this content as much as possible xD

Tom! How can I explain my emotions right now. There’s something that your soul says in your questions to your guest. You are a sharp shooter in the arena of getting the canvas to show its layers of beauty. You are conducting so eloquently. Your guest’s words along your inquisitiveness is like art being brushed by thought by question by by beautiful respect ✊

I'm glad she shared her vulnerability. I never knew this about her or her upbringing! WOW!! She's right you can't judge a book about its cover because she probly was looked at to be perfect because of who her father was but after all she's been through and actually learned from her mistakes she came put on top! I'm so proud of her. Capricorns rule!!!

This interview was really great for more than one reason. But the one that stands out the most, is that she picked up quickly how amazing Tom is, and the energy that flowed between both of them, understanding the greatness in each other was phenomenal. Something I really haven't seen in any other interview.

I've written this about some fighters before, that when a fighter has some intelligence and can articulate well, the fact that fighting is MUCH more 'mental' than most people realize, along with their natural or learned fearlessness, they will undoubtedly be someone worth listening to! Then with Laila Ali you add "easy -on-the-eyes" as well!

It's Jan 2020 and I'm just now viewing this most inspirational interview with Laila. I must say that it was everything I needed to hear right now at this moment. I love the fact that Laila can still be her most authentic self after the heights of her success! I will read the book and I'm not in my twenties. Laila YOU are not only motivational, you are an inspiration to not only the young but to ALL. Keep pushing Laila...THANK YOU for being you!

Top Interview. Layla is the real deal and you sir are a great host. Each person's story is different. I agree that those who come from difficult childhoods tend to do great things in life. It's 50-50 the odds. Some never make it some make it through.
They go through the pain and they embrace it and they own it like Layla . That's wonderful. I am on my way into making it too.
Keep it coming Tom you are great.

Have always been the most ardent admirer of her late father. She may, or may not like this, I admire her, she is wonderful. The point I am making is, they have the same personality. She is such a natural woman, knowing exactly what, and when to say. Oozing with confidence, just like her great Father setting the world alight at interviews.

Wow! This story really resonates with me. I was locked up at 13 and 14 too, and left in for a couple weeks the first time. Then I was emancipated at 15, got in more trouble, and was most likely going to be sent to a group home situation for two years. I ended up dropping out and living 'on the streets'...I feel so lucky to have made it out alive and fairly functional!

i came across your touching comment in the grieving of love ones post here on face book. Well am really sorry about that okay 😒☹and I know how it feels to be lonely without our love ones, we've all lost our love ones in death one way or the other, either a spouse, child, family members, or a true friend that meant the world to us, such is life I understand how you feel but life must move on because death is inevitable no matter how hard we try! And we'll all have to face it someday or somehow...
