Here are a couple of tips that make assembly slightly easier ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . 1) One person can assemble, but if you have a buddy to help, it will make it go faster - especially steps 1-3 and 8 (the legs aren't heavy but can be difficult to hold while screwing things in). Step 8, 1st part will take some time unless you have two more hands OR are really lucky. 2) Use a socket wrench! 3) Step 7, 3rd part - the flame carry over tube has an open side, MAKE SURE THE OPEN SIDE IS FACING THE FRONT. If it's facing the back, the tube won't work. 4) Step 10, 3rd part - if you don't have small hands (I don't, they're gigantic) getting the nut on is really difficult (but not impossible). It took me about 4 hours to assemble, but I took a "union break" every 60-90 minutes and ate a quick lunch. Also, I'm really OCD so I took my time, looked at the instructions carefully, and cleaned up as I went.
i have been wanting to try barbecue channel catfish for a few months now and didnt know how to go about it and you made it sound so easy to do all you gotta do is season the channel cats then toss them on the grill. I have been deep frying since new years of this year and really enjoy deep frying but last few months i just been dieing moody to try barbecued channel cats so next time i hit the lake ima wrangle me up a couple channel cat and deep fry one of them and barbecue the other one. Bo thanks so much for diving straight to th point and making it easy to do
I tried grilling fish for the first time after watching this video, and it was awesome. Best way to do it is wrap in tin foil with butter, lemon slice, salt and pepper. Give it a try and message me how it turns out.
Great video man but a couple of things... an explosive aerosol can you leave next to the grill? Good thing the wind was blowing the opposite direction. Then you move the grill inside, no big deal until you close the garage door?!?!? Ever heard of carbon monoxide?? Wow.. genius, pure genius.
Finally somebody makes a short to-the-point video on how to grill catfish. Thank you

This was excellent!! Thanks! I used two cloves of garlic because I LOVE garlic. One of my favorite ways to season fish now.
