Learning to manually adjust my ileocecal valve changed my life. I had horrible problems for years, including invasive tests and medications, until a naturopath taught me how to do this. Here's a basic description: The ileocecal valve is a sphincter muscle situated at the junction of the ileum (last portion of your small intestine) and the colon (first portion of your large intestine). Its function is to allow digested food materials to pass from the small intestine into your large intestine. One caveat: the longer you wait to make the adjustment the harder it is to get it to help. I hope this is the magic bullet for you,, it was for me. Not a cure, but damn good management.
135 miles converts to 388,544 steps approximately. That's just one fact of the race, maybe not even the most critical part, if someone said she's not human I could believe it.
I noticed the scar on her neck. I have the same scar. Mine is from full thyroidectomy from Graves disease. I wonder what struggles she has if any because of the surgery. I'm currently training for my first 50k right now in south Florida.
Congratulations Suzi and Team!
Great video Todd.
Thanks Jeff! It was quite an honor to be there and play a small role in helping Suzi to the finish.
A different breed ❤️
Such an amazing accomplishment. Appreciate seeing and hearing the struggle and the determination to push through!!! Wow! Just Wow!
Suzi definitely earned that buckle. She’s an inspiration.
Congratulations Suzi and team! Great film!

Great video! So looking forward to running in 2022 after crewing in 2019 and 2021!
Hope your race went well. I was out with Suzi again this year. She had a great race and we had a great time even in the heat of Panamint Valley.
Enjoyed the video. Great job!

World's toughest race is the Barkley.

Another video with music drowning out the audio at annoying frequency.
