I loved the info on the well.....and the story about the shed or used to be home for that family ....and I'm sure Mr. Ed would have made it a "priority" if it had been in a house where the bees may have harmed someone who may have been allergic..! The shed was only utilized to house tools etc now.
That's when you know something very interesting is going to happen. Get the camera ready, I see a viral video coming. . Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Thank you so much for your kind words and support of my efforts to rescue bees, the world needs more folks like yourself as well. Thanks for watching. God's peace Diane. Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff I never knew it was used that way, honestly. I'd seen it used in lieu of shingles, and that's it. Here's hoping you and yours are all having an excellent start to this Holidays season!
That was definitely unique from other videos. The introduction explaining the antiquity of the place added a mystical quality to this hive. it was as if this hive was a symbolic representation of the building. Also, the layouts in each of the three sections was a unique design.
This really was a cool place to do a removal, and because it's in the very town I live in, it makes it really special for me. I'm really glad you liked the way it was presented, and I'm grateful that you took the time to watch and leave your comment. Till the next time, God's peace. Mr. Ed
That green roofing that is applied on the outside of the building is still availavable at the Home Depot. The years of yesteryear their was a lot of popel that lived in small houses, we were not blessed to have a huge house. This was another great video, God bless you and all of the bees
I did not realize this tar paper was still made. I see it so rarely I just assumed it was no longer manufactured. There is nothing wrong at all about a small house, personally, it is my choice. Glad you liked the video, and thank you for your blessing. God's peace Richard. Mr. Ed
Wow l just read that comment from Bill. I’m gobsmacked by his opinion. I really liked learning about the camp and the history. Jeff your videos are fun, informative, and that is my perception. I guess we all just see things a little differently. Gods peace is more than just words. I’m grateful for those things that you give us. Gods peace Jeff and mama. 🐝 💗
Everything is about perception, which is why as long as folks are honest about what they say, they have a right to say it. It's judgement of perception that gets folks in trouble , that's why for me, I'll leave that job up to God' thank you for your blessing and kind words Chelsea, they are greatly appreciated. God's peace always. Mr. Ed
That looks like the house Me and the Wife lived in when we got married. That thing was ice cold in the winter. I bet that cluster put out more heat than the heater we had. Would have been nice to have some honey comb for insulation and slow the drafts coming through the walls.
Great one Okie, I have a story too. Back in my youth, when I could endure so much more, I lived in a house that was so cold in the winter that the water in the toilet froze. I could have used some of those bees myself. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
When you get to wrangle bees as often as I do, you'd be enthusiastic as well. It just never gets old for me. Thanks so much for your kind words and for taking all the time to follow along with my wrangling adventures. God's peace Brant. Mr. Ed
Hey Mr. Ed. I truly appreciate your tour and history of what would be known today as a sort of "tiny house" and the artisan spring water. As always good job on the removal of the huge hive! It's like The House of Hives up in there! Thanks also to Richy Rich. Hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving!
That old shack and property were simply amazing. As soon as I set foot on the place a flood of memories came back to me when I was growing up living in the country.....really good times. It was another massive hive removal, and with the help of Richie, Rich, it went very well. I just wish we had found the queen, but still, I'm confident we vacuumed her. I'll know next week when I go into the hive looking for her. My Thanksgiving was great, and I hope yours was as well. God's peace LD. Mr. Ed
We have a fresh water spring g down by my house. It's fantastic on a hot day for sure. I went and bought a water system and fill 8 jugs a month and bring them home. It's amazing. Happy Thanksgiving y'all. I hope you had a good one with family and friends.
It's so cool getting water that's from the ground, and it's even cooler that the spring is on your property. I hope your Thanksgiving Day was a good one as well. God's Peace Tammy. Mr. Ed
Thanksgiving Day was a great one, spent it with family and friends. I hope yours was a good one as well. For sure it wasn't 100 years, but I bet it was close to 95, really nasty stuff. God's peace Daniel. Mr. Ed
And hello to you as well Melad. Glad to see you were able to watch this video as well even though you usually watch so much earlier, you must be very busy. Regardless, I'm glad you watched and left a comment. Until the next time, God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Thank you so much Mr Ed . I am busy studying and sometimes the internet is not available in Iraq due to the demonstrations and the political crisis . God bless 🕇
Awesome removal. In days gone by, that siding material you spoke of, we called "dog hide roofing or siding". So named from the appearance of a hairless dog with mange. Yeah I know "gross" but that's the way it was in yesteryear. It was a bitumen ie asphalt impregnated asbestos mat coated with silica/sand and a color coat. It is made today with a fibreglass mat in the same manner. Costs ~$80.00/square. Purposed in the same method for "low slope" shed roofs and waterproof/wind resistant siding. GAF Liberty is one option. Cheap quick 2 man installation for specific purposes (somewhere between temporary and permanent) today where codes are not an issue. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day.
Now that is some great info on the tar paper. Because I hardly ever see that stuff any more, except on some old building, I assumed they no longer manufactured it. Heck, we used it to cover the outside of our fishing camp and it went through hurricanes unscathed. Thank you for your blessing and for watching. Until the next one, God's peace Gerard. Mr. Ed
Thanks for saying that Rich, I suspected it as much, but I never see it used for that application anymore. Thanks for watching. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
This removal of yours reminds me of a 2 weeks long removal of 20 some hives inside the walls of an empty moved house. 2X4 stud walls, drywall inside, plywood outside. Every 16 inches a stud, ever stud was the barrier between the next colony. The comb was from the top plate down to the floor plate. Since it was the northern side of the house, the combs were sheets that spanned the 16-inch space.[about 3 sheets per section]. This was one of my earlier days of 'Mark's Bee Haven', when I only had but a few hives and had built some extra boxes for the needs. We grew to 220 hives in 5 years. As I said at took 2 weeks to do this removal,'carefully'. We would work them 'gently' out until 'They' said Enough! and we would then leave until the next day. We harvested about a Ton of local kinds of honey in that 2 weeks from that home.
The most hives I've had in one house is 7, and it took 3 of us 14 hours to do the work. I though I got off easy with only about 30 stings, the other two guys had 60 or more. What a great story Mark, was this in Hawaii? God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
I'm delighted to provide the distraction. I love wood burning stoves, they really put out the heat. I had one in my wood shop that glowed because I'd just keep feeding it scraps. Stay warm. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Another artisian well - That one is really cool! Summer in Louisiana, in a shak, with 6 kids, and no air conditioning. Good times. lol Some bold dark music to match that dark comb. Who needs a top plate. It's lasted 100 years. lol Interesting the left side they drew out lengthwise. Bottoms up Mr. Ed! lol Thanks for the video Mr. Ed and Richy Rich.
I noticed you did not take advantage of the carpentry techniques employed in the construction of this shack. Your place is looking very good. The drone shots are outstanding, and I look forward to seeing your posts about the progress. I have always been fasciated about construction, and never tire of watching homes being built. As far as a top plate, there was one, but no studs touched it, and it was termite ruined. It's always fascinating to see the varied ways they build comb, but by far, my favorite type is the slab comb. Your channel is steady growing, congratulations! God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
I had not realized that at the time because I just never saw it anymore, but thanks to many great viewers like yourself who enlightened me, I stand corrected. Merry Christmas, and thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed
It was clear, cool, and sweet tasting....and it was absolutely free. Hope to hear from you again on more of my bee wrangling adventures, and remember, I post a new video every Friday. Thanks for watching. God's peace Jodi. Mr. Ed
In olde england it was standard issue of a yard stick, half a yard is 18 inches, all buildings were built using a yard stick as the standard of the day, so even ancient castles were true ( very approximately) to the yard value, it was carried on as people migrated abroad, a stick is free, and you can always cut your own stick close enough to a borrowed one. perpetuating the standard.
I have always been a fan of history, great comment Stan. Somehow or another, the stick they used on this house's construction was just one they found lying in the woods. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
Mr Ed. I just love watching your bee escapades. You are so happy in all you do it’s a pleasure to watch. Just wanted to tell you. Keep on wrangling, whatever that it!? 😂😂
Hope you had a wonderful and Happy Thanksgiving Mr. Ed. That was sure a big job. Hope you find the the queen was vacuumed up. Thanks always for your very enjoyable videos. God Bless.
Thank you for your blessing and Thanksgiving Day well wishes. This was a very large bee hive, but thanks to great help from Richie Rich, we got it done. I'm certain the queen was vacuumed, but I will know for sure when I open the hive next week and look for her. God's peace brother. Mr. Ed
we bought a church that was built in the 50s and it has similar siding on it. Except ours is gray with faux white grout to make it look iike brick. Love the little shack.
I did not realize it, but this product is still manufactured. It was once a very common sight to see, but with so many options of siding products these days, I guess it fell into disfavor. This little building really was a cute one as was the property itself. Thanks for watching. God's peace Lyn. Mr. Ed
When I first moved to Abita in the early 80's flow wells were everywhere. Now, if you see one, it's like a hen's tooth, they just are't there. You are correct, the sassafras root beer from Abita Beer is outstanding. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed

Mr. Ed they had a long standing building code back then with studs and floor joist and roof joist set at 24 inches, but they used what they had to complete the job even if they had to go to 48 inches.
Back in those days, a 2x4 was really a 2x4, and the material itself was much better quality, that's why they could span greater distances. I am a big fan of old construction and have spent a lot of time around it. Thanks for watching. God's peace Jack. Mr. Ed
It's always a bummer for me when I do not find the queen as I am not assured of her safety, still, it happens a number of times. I'm still very confident she was vacuumed as when I returned to the site the following day, I did not find her. Thanks for watching. God's peace Rick. Mr. Ed

That shack reminds me of the first house my parents owned. It had the shingle and tarpaper exterior, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. When kid number 5 came along, they bought a bigger house closer to town. Mason jar full of cash? So that’s how you buy all that fancy equipment at the Abby! 😂
I bet you had some great memories from that house. What mason jar are you referring to? I know nothing about a mason jar. Thanks for watching. God's peace. Mr. Ed

Jeff, (or anyone who may know) why there are a few wasps eating the cat food I leave out for a ferrel cat in my yard? I don’t see them, but the moment I put the (wet) food down one or two fly over, take a chunk of food, and politely fly off...?
My guess is because wasps eat a variety of foods for their diets, the protein in the cat food meets the criteria of their diet....plus it's easily accessible. Thanks for watching. God's peace Allenda. Mr. Ed
You mentioned how black the comb was. How does it get to that colour? I understand it gets darker as the hive gets older, but what causes the darkening? And do the bees use each cell more than one time? I mean: Do they store nektar/honey in one for one time and then leave it or do they reuse them? And what about the brood cells? Are they left open and unused after the new bee has emerged?
With time and use, pure white comb becomes almost black, this can take up to 5 years to happen, but it will sooner or later. It gets darker because of the traffic that is walking on it as well as the number of times the cell has been used to produce new bees. The larva spin a cocoon in each cell and the silk will turn black. However, after each time the cell is used, the bees will clean them so the space will be ready for either storage of food or the production of brood. I hope that helps. God's peace Doris. Mr. Ed
Hey Jeff, love your laugh & the videos. Question: would it help if your bee vac’s “ON/OFF” switch was located at the end of the hose? I think I would rig mine, just curious, thx.

Wow Jeff!! That was a big hive! Are most hives that color when they are old?? If there is honey there, is it usuable? Do different color cone make different color honey?? Can honey take on a different flavor from different areas? I know, so many questions! I just have one more. During your winter, do your queens and colonies just rest and huddle or do they work?? I read where the bees make honey to survive the winters and you mentioned the queen shuts down for a bit. How long is that period of time for your winters compaired to say, a colder winter from this area where I am?? I also read that if the tempature is above 40 degrees that they will do hive maintenance. I can weave these facts into Beedazeled's story so it will be more factual where the bee knowledge comes in. Hope your Thanksgiving was awesome!! I can't believe it but for the first time in my 64 young years, my Thanksgiving went off without a hitch!! LOL!! I didn't even burn the marshmellow's on top of the Sweet Potatos!! Well, God's love to you my Louisanna friend!! Pamela.
As the comb ages, it get darker due to traffic and continual use, and regardless of the color of the comb, the honey is still eatable. The color of the honey as well as the taste depends on the source of nectar. From late October to mid January, our queens just about shut down egg production. It's not due solely to the cold weather, but equally because there is no food coming into the hive because nothing is growing. However, due to our mild winters, last year we only had 5 or six days of weather below freezing......YEA!!!!!!!I hope that helps with the story line, and I'm happy to hear your Thanksgiving dinner was flawless. Thank you for your blessing and for your support. God's peace Pamela. Mr. Ed
Great video! That well is amazing. But that hive? As you might say, it was “something else!” I hope you find the queen or she was vacuumed up. If the hive remains queenless will they make a new one, or is it too late in the season?
I'm very confident she was vacuumed as when I returned to the site the following day, I did not find her. I will know for certain in about a week when I go into the hive looking for her. As there was no brood for the bees to make a new queen, and at this time of the year it's almost impossible to find a mated queen, I'm certainly hoping she's in there. God's peace Diane. Mr. Ed

Yes the do, a lot of it. It is one reason we have our hives placed by ponds and rivers, easy access to lots of water. Good question, thanks for asking and for watching. God's peace Catherine. Mr. Ed
Greetings and blessings my brother. You mentioned that the end of the combs were full of honey. What about the middle and top part of the combs? Did it also contain honey, or brood, pollen, or were the cells empty? Thanks for another Ed-ucational video. God bless.
Thank you so much for your blessing Angel, it is greatly appreciated. Generally, bees store honey at the ends of the comb, and will fill the between spaces with pollen, and brood. This allows quick access to a food source for the developing larva and eggs. Often they store surplus honey in a separate section of the hive. Thanks for watching and your support. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Hello Dawn, great to hear from you again. It was a massive hive, and I think in a few weeks I'm going to make a video on my 5 largest hive removals in 2019. This one is definitely going to be in it. God's peace. Mr. Ed
Mr. Ed. I bought some liquid honey at my local farmers market this past summer and its sooo light and has zero flavor. I mean none. It tastes like sugar syrup. Could it just be nectar and not honey?? Like was it harvested too early b4 the bees had a chance to make it into honey? I was super disappointed. The walmart brand honey had more flavor. Fyi id totally live in that shack with a bit of elbow grease 1st that is lol that artisan well is just awesome!! Iv always wanted running water in my yard.
There could be many reasons why the "honey" you bought was flavorless and light. I hope you went back to the bee keeper and inquired as to the reason. It's very sad to hear WalMart honey tasted better because that for sure is not real honey. That shack had lots of potential, and the setting was gorgeous. I would not have minded living there either. @@JeffHorchoff At the Very end of the video, suddenly Richie cried out that, inside the wall, he'd found a Mason jar full of money. :) So, how much money was in the Mason jar?
Merry Christmas, Mr. Ed! Got a question for you - is soda pop harmful to honeybees or not? I ask because a local theme park I regularly attend isn't too far from some bee land and I often see them all over the concession stands drinking up every bit of soda pop they can find - drips from the machines, spills, drinks with lids left off - and no one is doing anything to repel them. I saw someone serving nachos to a person with twelve or fifteen bees licking up spilled soda pop on the counter right under her arm as she handed out the nachos and no one said or did anything.
The bees are only interested in the sugar in the soda, and it is not at all harmful to them. In fact, when there is no nectar for the bees to get, the sugar in the soda will help keep a hive from starving. Here in Louisiana, when bees visit the snow ball stands and drink the discarded favored syrup in cups, the honey will take on the shade of coloring used in the syrup mix. Merry Christmas and God's peace Emily. Mr. Ed
Maybe so, but for now I'm very happy to be on UA-cam. I post these videos, to show just how important bees are to our very survival, and why we should not just kill them out of ignorance. Hey Mr. Ed, I was wondering if you were going to drink the water because , that’s the first thing and last thing I would have done. That alone for me was a joy.! I was thinking that the bees would be into a survival mode and not work to build. Let us know how they fair after the relocation and in the spring? Is your beard inspired by The Dirt Rooster?
As soon as I saw the well, I knew I was going to drink from it, I wanted to taste it. It had no odor to it and there was actually a bit of sweetness to the water, plus it was cool. I will be going through the hive next week looking for our queen, but I'm very certain we vacuumed her. Come Spring time I will post an update on this one. I loved the info on the well.....and the story about the shed or used to be home for that family ....and I'm sure Mr. Ed would have made it a "priority" if it had been in a house where the bees may have harmed someone who may have been allergic..! The shed was only utilized to house tools etc now.

Until the next one, God's peace Gerard.

the side with the gravel on it is called rolled roofing and it is sold still today in different colors

Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff I've seen newspaper and all matters of stuff on the inside too.

Mr. Ed they had a long standing building code back then with studs and floor joist and roof joist set at 24 inches, but they used what they had to complete the job even if they had to go to 48 inches.

Mr. Ed
Jeff Horchoff Bees Thank you!! 😊
T shirts and running water how nice.

Mr. Ed
Jeff Horchoff Bees oh, if you turn it off during a catch, they can fly out?
Mr. Ed
Hey Jeff, do you feed the bees during the winter months to help them out?
No I don't, but I do put pollen substitute out for them, and they take it as they need it. God's peace Pamela.

You know the only one who never recovered from Thanksgiving Day was the turkey, thank you Mr. Turkey. God's peace brother.
Mr.
Mr. Ed
I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving as well. Great wrangle guys.
Thank you Cheryl, the day was spent with family and friends.....right after bottling 15 cases of honey. I hope your day was just as fun. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
From Algeria .. You are excellent
Thank you very much for your kind words, and I'm glad you liked the video. I hope you will check out more of my wrangling adventures and let me know what you think of them as well. By the way, I post a new video every Friday. God's peace Noureddine.
Mr. Ed
Do honeybees drink water?
Yes the do, a lot of it. It is one reason we have our hives placed by ponds and rivers, easy access to lots of water. Good question, thanks for asking and for watching. God's peace Catherine.
Mr. Ed
Nice hive
Super large and very gentle bees, these bees have got some good genetics going on for sure. God's peace Mark Kay.
Mr.
Mr. Ed
Wow just wow
God's peace Jennifer.
Mr. Ed
Mr. Ed are you going to process that honey comb's? will the combs be dark?.
I will be rendering this wax, along with a lot more, very soon, and when it's done, it will be a beautiful yellow color. Don't worry about not seeing the wax after it's rendered, I'm going to make a video of it. Always great to hear from you Sallie. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
I thought I had it bad growing up in a 2 bed room Cape Cod in N. E Ohio with less than 1100 sq feet with a semi finished attic.Had 8 people living in that home 4 boys 2 girls and my parents. I wonder who had the the privilege of living in the attic with no A/C except for fans and minimal heating?
No doubt, we certainly love our comforts these days.Actually, you had it made, you had a room for yourself in the attic. Looking forward to your visit. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
We were the typical Catholic family in the days but i had to share that room with 3 other brothers.
@@SuperBuickregal I shared my room with my 3 brothers as well. I was always a bit envious of my sisters, they only had 2 in their room. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Same to you Jeff!
Richy Rich looks like a Marine😎
The guy is like a rock, but he is a gentle as they come. Super guy and great bee wrangler. Thanks for watching. God's peace Frank.
Mr. Ed
They still make the tar paper with sand
I found that out after posting this video, I was surprised. Thanks for watching and leaving your comment. Hope to hear from you again. God's peace Walter.
Mr. Ed
Mr. Ed, how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Toostiepop?
None, I just bite through. My favorite flavor is cherry. God's peace Barbara.
Mr. Ed
Honest question, why did this homeowner want the bees removed? Do they have to be removed? Are they going to start using the home again?
The reason the bees are finally being removed after being there so long was because the house was again going to be lived in. If that had not been the case, the bees could have stayed. Now, the bees are living at the abbey. Thanks for watching. God's peace Alissa.
Mr. Ed
Not much of a heart signature. That one fooled ya. 🤔
I've had that happen on shed floor removals. 😎🐝🐝🐝
I certainly was fooled on this one, but it was well worth the deception. Thanks for watching. God's peace Gary.
Mr. Ed
I've been lucky enough to know people that still live in a similar abode.
There's nothing wrong about living in a nice shack like this one, heck, I'd love it. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Between you soaking your beard full and the amount of fuzziness, the shed ain't the ONLY thing that looks like it's been there 100 years. And the paper siding is called 'Rolled Roofing' and it's still being made. Different colors even! So you and Ritchie did a fine job but no soggy Rooster popping out of the well. Happy Thanksgiving weekend and
Hi to the sky jumper!
If you think the beard looks bad now, give it 2 more months. We had that kind of tar paper on our fishing camp back in the early 70's and it had a brick pattern on it. Heck, that stuff was so good it went through several hurricanes unscathed. Finally, one of the storms took the camp away, but I bet the siding was still on it. Thank for the love brother. God's peace Lewie.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff When I got out of the Army I was working outside with no cabs and very little winter clothing so when school started back I let everything ngrow and when spring came I cut it all off and kept it off except the stache.I was a dab buggerish looking. Rolled roofing is fine stuff and Love is supposed to be our job through Jesus! GBWYall!
Maybe you and 628dirtrooster need to invent a bee 🐝 counter on your bee vacs!!! 🤔😉
Great idea! If someone comes up with a counter like that, I'm going to put it on my bee vac for sure. Great comment Rachel, thanks, and thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Mr Ed does the Queen Mate ever year or just once? Hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving and Priest and Religious and your crew and helpers.... another Great video I enjoyed it....please make more specially when you melt down the wax!
A queen mates only one time, but with up to 18 different drones. After that, she's good for the rest of her life. Got lots of wax now, and I will be making another rendering video soon. Thanksgiving Day was great, and I hope yours was as well. God's peace Joe.
Mr. Ed
Was the sensitivity off on your thermal detector?
It was not, but the concentration of bees was not real good and they were spread out all over that hugh hive. Thanks for watching. God's peace Evan.
Mr. Ed
Awesome
Glad you liked the adventure, thanks for watching. God's peace Jose.
Mr. Ed
Hey ! You ended the video too soon. What about that Mason jar?
I have no idea what you are talking about, there was a Mason jar? God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff At the Very end of the video, suddenly Richie cried out that, inside the wall, he'd found a Mason jar full of money. :) So, how much money was in the Mason jar?
@@kevinbyrne4538 What Mason jar? God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff That's cool! I didn't know that. I was just concerned for the bees' well being.
Thank you for caring about bees. God's peace Emily.
Mr. Ed
Still make it. Or they did as a few years ago. “ rolled roofing “.
Correct, they still make it. At the time, I did not know that. Thanks for watching. God's peace James.
Mr. Ed
Jeff Horchoff Bees thank you Jeff !
you need a TV show lol
Maybe so, but for now I'm very happy to be on UA-cam. I post these videos, to show just how important bees are to our very survival, and why we should not just kill them out of ignorance. I have been rescuing bees from being needlessly destroyed for over 9 years now, and hope to continue to do so for many more years to come. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Brittney.
Mr. Ed
Do you sell bees
Not yet I don't, but possibly in the Spring. Check back. Thanks for watching and for asking. God's peace Edward.
Mr. Ed
Bottle that water and sell it at the Abbey.
That idea has already been preposed. I bet it happens one day. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Jeff Horchoff Bees the way you drank it down ! Good to the last drop
As far as the inspiration to grow a beard, I owe all that to the cold weather, it really keeps my face warm. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Shack needs a cleaning and paint.
I think it needs a bit more than just that, but it would be a start. Thanks for watching. God's peace Larry.
Mr. Ed
Jeff Horchoff Bees did you find the queen?
U looking like Santa with that beard
Who knew Santa was a bee keeper. Try to keep my secret please. Thanks for watching. God's peace Ashantay.
Mr. Ed
As usual, another great video and another question: are bees picky about which comb they make "home" or can this comb be used by other bees?
Bees will readily accept comb from other bees, it means less work for them. For that reason, I bait my swarm traps with old comb to attract bees. Keep on asking and watching Roy. Till the next one, God's peace brother.
