Cant find this much bs in a stock yard. Being a bee keeper and having Amish as friends i find 90% of what was said ofensive and wrong. If they could get "tones" of honey from 1 hive i would inplament thit in my hives asap. If you get 200 lbs of honey from 1 hive you have had an excepional year. The color of honey is dependant on the nector the bees collect,nothing else. Honey is harvested between 15 and 18% moisture. Any lower and it will not comme out of the comb,any higher and it will ferment. It is NOT thicker or ritcher be cause of thier pratices. He did not even pronounce the name of the mite affecting honey bees correct. If i could make up stories like this i would have been a fiction book auther
