Yes, but we are playing the Clone Wars era, so it should keep blue pallete. Even if it's on Naboo. Having brown vulture droids and super battle droids on the same map kinda breaks this feeling.

The Arquitens? Yeah, they've been used since before the TCW, I think.
The Imperial variant, the Arquitens Command Cruiser, was upgraded quite severely however, despite their simmilar appearance, upgrades shown in their price: from 4.000.000 credits for the Clone Wars era one to 5.000.000 for the Imperial.
