  • I was inspired while watching a tv show to make this ice cream scoop candle. Not that it looks like real food, it just popped in my head and I got up and started making it right then. I love the way the we are able to make candle wax look just like a scoop of ice cream! And, you would be surprised at how easy it is to make. However, just know that it does have quite a bit of cooling time, so you need to make this when you’re going to have time to come back to stir every 15-20 minutes.

    Woww! It’s so cool! What kind of jar it’s should be? What is the size of the jar? And can put the lid cover on it?

      You can use any jar. I think I used an old candle jar that I cleaned out. To get the lid to close, just don't pour the actual candle too high.

      @@SummerRainDIY hello I added half wax and half whipped wax but it’s didn’t closed the lid so I may have pushed it! Will it still work even if I light the candle?!

      Yeah it will still work, just doesn’t look as nice. Don’t worry, you’ll get the right amount figured out!

    okay! Thanks so much! Also which wax did you use to make ice cream scoop? I know it’s soy wax but the actual wax to hold the ice cream scoop? Could it be eco soya PB pillar wax?

      I am using freedom soy wax amzn.to/39m8Zcm
      But any soy wax at the correct temperature will hold its shape. It takes a while to cool down but then it will get hard again.

      @@SummerRainDIY okay what temperature would it be for soy wax? I have nature C -3 so I make scoop with that. I made a whipped wax with soy wax nature C3 and bees white wax .

    How can you package something like this?

      @SummerRainDIY  Рік тому

      Just make the scoop go to the level of the lid.
