¡¡Muchas gracias!!
Most beautiful, beautiful love it to the max and back 👈❤❤❤❤
LOl love how you store all the fragrance oils you have! Im not the only one! I have over 300 fragrances and always buying new scents..its an addiction ok? but what to do with them all? its hard to find a way to organize them all in alphabetical order of course..it would be hard to find a specific scent otherwise! I have come up finally with an idea i saw on pinterest..towel bars and a piece of molding underneath that holds them..the towel bar holds them against the wall..perfect and cheap! when you have so many like I do and you do! Of course your idea is genius too! I would love any other ideas of course!
Haha thanks!! You must share this Pinterest idea of the towel bar. I'm in desperate need of more space for those FO's. As always, thanks so much for watching!
@@MalenasCreations love to just not sure how to send the picture
what a great video. loved it
Awww! Thank you so much!
It's nice to see you on UA-cam again, @Malena'sCreations! #COVID19
Slowly but surely, thanks buddy! Hope you all are doing well.
Your video is very helpful
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Our names sound alike, but spelled differently! Hello Malena my name is Melana nice to meet you! Great content
Hi Melana, I LOVE your name!! Thanks for watching my videos :)
Finally got around to watching this! I loved it! I feel like I need a ton of supplies to do this that I don't have right now, but I'll definitely do it down the line!🥰
Thanks for watching girlie!
Hi! Love your video. I was just wondering did you use Wilton white icing colour for whipped wax? I was asked to get this for my candle candles and I’m learning to make that whipped wax but wasn’t sure whether to get Wilton white icing colour or the wax is the same colour after whipping it?
Hi Vanessa, thank you!!
I do not add anything into my whipped wax. If I do color it, I will add a little mica or candle wax colorants only. Hope that helps :)
@@MalenasCreations hello, thankyou for replying back to me so quick. Okay that really helpful. Thanks again!
During this very stressful time we are all going through, this is my new "at home hobby".
Special Thanks to you for sharing your professionalism with us!!
This was very relaxing to watch and learn. Please keep it up.
Where did you get the strawberry molds?
Thank you so much!! I found the molds on Etsy. I'll look them up and send the link to you.
@@MalenasCreations hi did you ever shared the link?
I got my presto with a spout off etsy.
I finally found one on Etsy 🤗
When making the strawberry shortcake candle what other fragrance is needed besides strawberry essential oil?
I don't use essential oils very often since they are pricey. I use a high quality fragrance that is cruelty free, vegan, carcinogen free, toxic free, mutagen free and phthalate free. The amount used is 10% fragrance load.
I got my spout pot on Amazon
Thanks! I ended up finding one on Etsy! It's so much better than the crockpot. Thanks for watching!
Omg !!cant wait to buy when will you restock ..Love this so cute
Thank you!
I'm in the process of looking for new jars. Unfortunately, my vendors are completely out of stock for months. Apparently everyone is making candles these days 😉
Lol girl tell me about it im one of those people but i love buying and supporting other candle makers i guess its the knowing of time that goes in it a d the appreciation of creative art and skills from others 💖😊 let us know when your back in stock
@@bee_buzz777 that's so sweet of you, thank you! I will have to post up another candle making video once I find that perfect jar 😉 make sure to subscribe so you'll know when I have more.
Can you do a video just teaching how to pack candles?
Digit boil wax melter does 40+ lbs of wax
I just seen the presto pot on the Mercari app for $75 yesterday. I want one but have to wait till after first of year.
Oh great! I've heard they are great!
My daughter gave me my presto melting pot with spout and she purchased it from Amazon or you can get it from the Soy lite candle company.
I found my wax melter with a spout on Amazon.
hello Malena's Creations How are you? I love your candles Can you do a request video how you ship your large tall candles do you put a lid on top or what do you? so Can you do a request video?
Hi Marisa, thanks for watching. Unfortunately, I am not able to get those candle vessels anymore. The company stop making them. I'm now making my own vessels out of concrete and will be posting another video on how I make them. Make sure you are subscribed and hit the bell so you don't miss it :)
May I ask do you do your own labels for you candles, and if so what program do you use?
Yes, I do my own labels in Canva and sometimes in Illustrator and then print and cut them using my Cricut program and machine.
Amazon has pots
Heyy
You add essence to the top? Im curious 🥰
Love your video!! I was wanting to know where did you get your strawberry molds, and also any other mold you may use. I saw in the video the different wicks, and I like your jar that you used. Where do you recommended get those products? I'm starting out making candles and trying to start a small business, any tips? Thanks so much
Thanks for watching ❤ I've been pretty happy with Candle Science and The Flaming candle. The strawberry molds were found on Etsy a few yrs ago. I bought them for my melt and pour soap at the time. As for the jars, the manufacturer can't keep up due to half employee capacity due to Covid and that everyone is now making candles during this time. I am on the hunt for new jars myself and have had no luck.
@@MalenasCreations okay thank you soo much for the information. Yea, it's like everyone making candles ❤ Good luck on finding the items you need❤
Where are those exact wick stickers from? I've been looking for those on the sheets with the peel away part.
I've gotten them from California candle co and Rustic essentials. They all work just as good.
Amazon
These are amazing. Do you use the same wax for your embeds?
Thank you Ana!! I did but now I like using Coconut/Soy.
What wax did you use please?
In this video I used the soy 464 wax.
Can you heat the glass a bit to avoid the wax from detaching from it ?thanks
Yes, absolutely
Where you get the vessels at 😍
The company no longer makes them :(
Doing the frost is it possible to let it cool and let a layer start forming then you can whip it up is this possible? Thanks
Yes you could do that.
How do these burn do the wicks drown since the jar is so high and also what kind of wax do you use
They burned great until I couldn't buy the jars anymore. The company stopped selling/making them during Covid. I now found a better jar in my new videos.
@@MalenasCreations thank you so much Marlena for responding to me
What type of wicks do you use?
So I noticed you said in the winter you pour at cooler temperature..so in warmer months do you pour around 170
Between 150-160 depending on the temp in my shop.
Amazon
Wow! Looks great! Where can I buy these strawberries?
I have a mold and I make them myself. I was purchasing them through Esty and found it was a bit pricey so I decided to make them instead.
@@MalenasCreations Thank you. I will try it to make.
What kind of stuff do I need to make them
Everything used in this video is listed in the description.
Do you only use 464 for frosting or do u mix it..being it's a very soft wax
I currently am using the 464 for my frosting and candles. Now that it's getting hot, I am working on testing different waxes.
Thanks for sharing was wondering which wick size and type did you use eco or cd or etc. these are really cute
Thanks! These were a eco 4 wick. I tried using two eco 2's but the 4's worked much better with these jar diameter sizes and amount of wax used.
What type of wax do you use to make with the molds?
Soy and CocoSoy
@@MalenasCreations Thank you do you mind sharing where I can purchase it from?
I really love makesy.com waxes so far.
Where can I find the fragrance oils 🥺 where I am it’s kind of hard to find
There are several companies that sell great FO's. Wholesalesuppliesplus, Bramble Berry, Wooden Wick, Rustic Essentials are just a few.
How long do you let the wax cool before you start mixing it?
I add it between 175-185 degrees
@@MalenasCreations Thank you So much for replying back to me I tried to make my own frosting the other night I should have definitely waited a little longer and mixed a little harder I'm new at this but it's oh so fun!!!!
How does your soy does have the frost on the side of the jars like all the soy wax that I use the glass around the wax has wet spots how did you get it to not do that
I am still trying to figure out why some of them form the white frosting on the bottoms and the sides. It's very frustrating. If you know any tricks, please share :)
Try heating your jars..
Hi, What wax was inside the crockpot ?
464 Soy Wax
How do you manage to pipe it?? It always hardens on me when I'm transferring it to the piping bag from the bowl. And then its clay consistency. 🙁
I normally have to work pretty fast once it's gets to that cream cheese frosting consistency. I also work in 79 degree temp in my shop when I pipe.
@@MalenasCreations 79degrees F, that makes sense. Thankyou for the information! ❤️
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND THE SILICONE PALLETS?
Here is where I got the strawberry mold used in this video to make the strawberry embeds. amzn.to/3xRmGsc
What are the strawberries made of???
Soy wax
Great video😊 I like to use GW 464 and cure it for a couple of weeks. Are You using cd wicks in this candle or eco/cotton?
Thanks! I use only eco wicks and now wooden wicks.
Where do u get ur oils from
I have several suppliers that I get my EO's and FO's from. I'll blend them to make my own special scents. I've used WSSP, CandleScience, Wooden Wick, Rustic Essentials and a few more.
I have a question how long does the candle last?
These have about a 100hr burn time. They last forever.
Okay great I just needed tips cause I was going to make some
@@nakailgee7998 It's addicting!
Oh I believe I’m trying to make a career
WHERE CAN I BUY THE FAKE STRAWBERRIES?
I made the strawberry embeds. They are very time consuming.
