To ensure a full melt pool and prevent tunneling, make sure to burn the candle long enough during its first use-usually 3-4 hours or until the entire surface has melted evenly. This helps "train" the wax to melt all the way across during future burns. If you notice tunneling happening, you can fix it by using a heat gun.
