All my wriring harnesses are glued to the connectors like from a hot glue gun on the circuit board, didnt know till I pulled the wire out, guess, I'm Screwed now. also why do we need to speed these videos up so so much makes it a little tricky when your trying to watch and have to keep pausing quickly

How did you get the hot end out of the heatsink so easily? Mine is stuck so badly I'll probably have to replace both.
