  • Hi everyone, here's a video of how I am doing and what the future of this channel will be.
TLDW: therapy has been great, I am trying to decide what my content I want to go forward with, I don't want to spread myself too thin. Your advice is appreciated and might help me to decide.

First of all, you are a better person that you allow or were allowed to feel about yourself. Second: women go periodically through the seasons in a month, bc of hormonal changes it may look like borderline or depression, we get often misdiagnosed and then put on antidepressants - it's most likely a hormonal imbalance. Therefore there need to be blood test for hormonal Status and after that micronutrients like aminoacids are important as heck. L-Lysin aminoacids is as a preform in Elvanse ADHD meds. Creatin is important against muscle weakness and brain fog, but most importantly to when possible not to take supplements but food like fatty sea fish like sardines, Hering etc. Nuts.
I can recommend Valeriana against moodyness or sadness, tension etc.
And the guilt and shame through mobbing: Mobbing is now a crime in my country, I think in Brit too. It's never ok or justified to commit a crime like bullying or mobbing. It's not on you.
I enjoy your channel very much.
    Take care 🕊️

It's great to see and hear you feeling so much better. :) Those ideas for what to make videos of sound good. If you want more mental health ideas then how you're going about owning who you are would be interesting. Well interesting to me anyway, as I'm going through the same process. I'm reading the book Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before, I haven't got very far yet but it's been good, very much more real life then most info out there.

New subscriber here. I found your channel a few weeks back when I was looking for other INTP females videos, since there seems to be quite a limited amount of us on UA-cam (surprise). It's been enlightening and insightful watching your videos and hearing your own perspectives. That's great that you've found a therapist who has been able to aid you in working through some of what you've been experiencing, as truly productive and effective therapists can be hard to find. I've been diagnosed with ADD (I've heard both ADHD and ADD are categorized as ADHD now, regardless of hyperactivity being present, but the hyperactive component isn't present for me) as well as PTSD. I've dealt with anxiety and depression as well. You and I may be in a similar space where we're no where near the "darkest" places we've been and have felt, but a space where there's definitely areas of improvement to strive for in order to live healthier lives all round. I've found exercising and eating healthier for some time has positively impacted my mental health, too.
From my perspective and as you mentioned, I think it would be a great idea to aim your videos towards encouraging people to spend more time outdoors, having better mental wellbeing, slower intentional living (etc.) since those are a few subjects that you're passionate about. Maybe you can make videos about what you've learned throughout your life regarding those topics, as well as anything else you feel like creating or speaking about in the moment. I'm not a content creator but I would imagine that it's a lot more enjoyable making videos when you feel the motivation to do so and when it has to do with something you're passionate about. I know with having ADHD consistency can be a struggle. I personally don't think it's necessary to put pressure on yourself to post a certain amount in a specific timeframe, especially if that takes away from you enjoying creating content. It may be better to carry out videos when you feel like it and when you're hit with that creative burst.
I was thinking it may be a good idea that when you are up for creating videos, that you film multiple different videos that same day (or few days) so that you have content to post in the future for when you aren't in the posting mood later on. That would make it so you're able to post "more often" if you wanted to, even if it's content from a slightly earlier time. I hope I explained that and my thoughts well. In any case, I look forward to seeing whatever content you decide to create and put out there! Take care and I'm wishing you well.

This is really good to hear. I am glad there is someone out there who can actually relate to me. Thank you so much for your suggestions - it does make sense to follow what I am passionate about. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. They are clear and muchly appreciated.

Try a ketogenic way of eating, even if only for 21 days, I’ve found that it helps my adhd, moods, no more depression, brain fog, and I lost weight only counting 20 carbs a day, eating as much as I wanted. You will see the benefits within that time frame if they are going to happen for you. I’m now following this woe just for the health benefits it gives me.

Thank you I will look into it. I am wondering if you can still do this kind of diet if you don't eat meat and can't tolerate legumes (other than soy weirdly). I will do some research. My health is a lot better but I still get some brain fog. I also want to start exercising as I know that helps but it's a struggle both fitting it in and getting myself to actually do it.

@@FindingYourSerenity there is a vegan keto UA-camr with recipes, although you can do it as a vegetarian, easier if you are an omnivore, of course keto is naturally gluten free. You must have electrolytes during your first week. Because you will have quite a significant weight loss of any extra water weight your carrying (in the form of inflammation) so you lose some salts, If you can, please try it, eat as much as you want, your appetite will balance out, I was astonished at the difference it made to me, because I only started it for weight loss. Been on it two years now. x
As far as spreading yourself too thin and being overwhelmed, which we all do, I now think as if I’m juggling, how many balls in the air do I have, three is my absolute max or I just stop everything. Two things rolling and I can manage, quite well, good luck.
