Just found you cause of your video “How ADHD Medication changed my life”. I just want to say how much you’ve helped me better understand my ADHD with sharing your story to all of us on here. Thank you, and keep it up. I’m going to get your Ebook 😊🙏
You brightened my day :) thank you :)
Same 🧡
You are a good narrator. I also enjoy your accent, as it is foreign to me. I am impressed at all you are able to do, speak, write, organise and also live your private life. Curious about your book and writing too. You've made me realise that despite not fitting in or wanting to, there are other people with a similar mixture of gifts and challenges in life. That perhaps it's possible and desirable to accomplish at least some of those great ideas and dreams we have.
So far it’s really good! Hearing or reading into your experiences gives a whole new perspective on it all👏
Very excited to have a read soon. Congratulations on the publication! :D
Can’t wait to read the book Sarah, still on 25mg Atomoxetine myself and can relate to every single word! We’ve both come along way it seems, so well done to you and keep up the great work whilst also keeping in mind that pills don’t teach skills….. some of the things you mentioned are indeed things that we all need to make a conscious individual effort at. 👏
7:55 i'd recommend a blackout sleeping mask like Manta hehe im also bothered by the light waking me up too early! and congrats on your book!!
Thanks great idea
It's so great to hear that your book is now out. :) I can't wait to read it. x And I'm also studying with the Open University at the moment but doing Psychology. :) How are you finding things so far?
Awesome :) I'm enjoying it mostly. Some of the topics are harder to study if I'm not interested in them and I also have the tendency still to get behind but I'm not being too hard on myself as it's just level 1. How about you?
Do you still have the audio version? couldn't find it. I would pay for it honestly if it was available to purchase on your site or somewhere ☺️

I started on 25 mg of straterra, been taking it for almost a month. At first I felt the benefits but now I feel back to my old adhd self. Tired of the brain fog and confusion. Felt pretty good at first. Maybe I i need a bigger dose?
Yeah probably... I seem to be a slow metaboliser of this medication but most people take a much higher dose (40mg+).
It’s my 2nd week taking strattera but almost all the videos if forms on UA-cam reviewing it were negative with very bad side effects, and chose to change to a stimulant medication, any thoughts on that?
@@SuhadShi how is Strattera working for you?
why did you stop taking Buproprion?
I'm sorry I don't know what that is. This is the only ADHD med I have taken. I wonder if you are thinking of someone else maybe?
Do you think taking Blood Pressure Tablets and taking adhd Meds is OK in your Opinion, Currently 156/104 Non meds
All I will say is if that was me I would probably work on my blood pressure first because I do know that your adhd meds can raise blood pressure and heart rate. I have heard of people who have come off adhd medication because their blood pressure went up. I would hate to go on adhd medication knowing this personally.
Answering on my other account by mistake btw this is still me!
Thank-you for reply,I think there must be an underlying issue thats raising my blood pressure and don't think its the strattera but I'll work on it,All went downhill after to high of dose on vyvanse
@@MrDannys376 you could ask for your doctor to put you on intuniv, it can help lower blood pressure and is also an ADHD med personally it didnt help with increased focus but it helped quite a lot with anxiety and emotional regulation
