I did the knock sensor on my 2004 Mazda 6 with the help of your video , so Thank You !) I notice my Mazda 4 cylinder were a litle different in design like the oil dip stick ,the posison for trotle cables. different trotle body and some conectors but no big deal

Coolant hose goes into the throttle body it would leak everywhere

When you removing the injector with some plastic cap it will be more safe to noting is falling in side the

What are some issues will a bad knock sensor do ? How do you know if it needs to be replaced ?
Massive long way round to get that sensor out I'm surprised you didn't just take whole engine off
I just replaced my knock sensor but know my car wasn’t crank, got any suggestion??? I made sure all cables were connected

The easiest way to put the hidden bolts in the middle of little hole in intake manifold is to put it first.
It's true, you do have to remove the intake manifold

Whats the part number and or name for the PCV or PVC hose?
How much cost that job ?
Did you just leave the PCV valve in? You never said how to get that off. Or maybe I missed it looks like there is a twist-lock on it or something but I can't free it.

not the same length, plastic intake, is one reason why i no longer buy mazdas
I dont understand why she didnt replace the gasket, as recommended by manufacturer. It should always be replaced when that drain plug is removed. Just with that, you already know you can't trust this DIY.
