I just had mine on 5/31 and feel the same!!! I'm struggling getting protein in though, I feel like everything has artificial sweetner and tastes awful!!
@@dominiquesaint-fleur6091 I had my surgery 6/4/2024 & I was struggling to get the protein shakes down so I decided to get my intake with tuna,yogurt eggs et cetera.
Man, you give fantastic, real life information that I haven't even gotten I such detail from my Bariatric Dietician. God bless you for being THAT kind of knowledgeable doctor that cares enough to go beyond the day of the knife because that's really when the tough patient work for a consistent lifestyle change hits the ground!

1 1/2 months post op and I’m having the hardest time with protein intake and water 😩…I just started this protein water called Protein 2O.. hoping this helps
Yeah its a daily struggle and im several years out. Doc says get in as much as i can, sipping protein throughout day etc
