I was told forever. I was recommended a specific Bariatric Vitamin that's available on Amazon. It supposedly has all the necessary vitamins in one pill. since Im 4 days post-op I have not had the drive to double check the contents, since the print is also smaller than my old eyes will read LOL.

I been taking liquid vitamin after the surgery, 30 days have passed
When I can take solid vitamin? Like Gel pills
