Great to see Tom Pidcock doing so well. And, of course, Tadej continuing to excel. I think Remco's season might be over with a 5th place in the World's road race and now a DNF. He should still be very proud at what he has achieved.

He's only just turned 26. He's got plenty of time to rack up double-digit grand tour wins. Wiggins, Froome and Thomas all won the Tour at the age of 32, and Roglič has just won the Vuelta at 34 (following the Giro last year). I always hear this about cycling, but what about the NBA. No way should basketball players be as muscular as they are with all that cardio. MLB they are freaking hulks. And of course the NFL. At least in cycling there is testing, pro sports do everything they can to restrict it, even the NFL it’s hard to get caught.

Honestly this coverage was garbage. Yes I get it Pogi is great and yes his achievements are unmatched at the moment. But in the final laps, I don’t need to see him 95% of the time, riding on his own and even more embarrassingly celebrating with his team. I really do hope this was just the exception or that next year it will be more balanced again, as this will get very boring to watch- not just from a performance side, but even more from the perspective of the media coverage, where other riders practically go unnoticed now.
