Ingredients
Egg - 3 or 4
Pepper Powder -1/2tsp
Salt -
Oil -2tbsp
Oil -2 tbsp
Cooked Rice -
Garlic-1tbsp
Ginger -1/2tsp
Green chilli -1
Spring Onion -1tbsp
Vegetables -
Salt-
Soya Sauce -1tsp to 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce or paste -1/4tsp
Sugar -1 pinch
Salt-
White vinegar -1/2tsp
Pepper Powder -1/4 tsp
Sesame oil -
Spring onion -
Method
Add pepper powder and salt to the egg and mix well..
Heat oil and add egg and scramble ..
Keep aside .
Heat oil in a kadai or wok ,add garlic ,ginger ,spring onion ,green chilli ,salt and stir well in high flame ..Add vegetables and saute ..
Now add soya sauce ,chilli paste ,sugar ,mix well .. Then add white vinegar and mix ..
Then add cooked rice and toss well ..Now add egg d mix ..
Check the taste and adjust ..
Finally add spring onion greens and sesame oil ..
So the tasty Egg fried rice is ready to serve

Though there are lot of cooking channels for me what comes the best when cooking done is ones made hearing your video.. Really appreciate your way of explaining things and giving tips in between that even beginners can make expert dishes.. Also what I understood from food becoming flop following many other channels is that many take shortcuts in preparing dishes to gain likes as if by showing anyone can prepare it simply like that.. But you prepare with authentic ways.. And second is that Unlike others you bring it the way it spices up any malayalis food sense following what we are used to in our food culture so far as well.. This was a refreshing change for all of us. Fried veg balls itself tastes Gr8. It's an alternative for gopimanchurian which is usually made with fried rice. Thaaaaxxxxx a lot dear.
