Paneer 200 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2tsp
Chilli Paste or sauce 1tsp
Pepper Powder 1/4tsp
Soya Sauce 1/2tsp
Salt
Cornflour
For sauce
Oil 2tbsp
Ginger 1tsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Green chilli 4
Onion 1/2
Capsicum few pieces
Chilli sauce 1tsp
Dark soya sauce 1tsp or normal soya sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2tbsp
Vinegar 1/2 to 1 tsp
Salt
Sugar one pinch
Hot Water 1/2 cup
Cornflour 1tbsp mixed with 4tbsp water

Jayalakshmi യോട് നൂറ് വട്ടം യോജിക്കുന്നു..പക്ഷേ ഇത്തവണ ഒരു ചെറിയ doubt വന്നു കേട്ടോ..അതായത് വറുത്ത പനീർ 400 ഗ്രാം അല്ലായിരുന്നോ? പക്ഷേ സോസ് ചേർത്തപ്പോ പറഞ്ഞത് (5:26) 200 ഗ്രാം ൻ്റെ അളവ് എന്ന് അല്ലേ? അപ്പോ 200 ഗ്രാം ആണോ ചേർത്തത്? Please confirm.. really we follow your word by word.. that's why.. this is the first time it happened so .. that we got confused in your measurements of ingredients.. sorry if I'm wrong
