I'll try this out as soon as I get a ref in my apartment. I have something like 24 cats under my care and recently one of them got diagnosed with cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), pyuria (pus in the bladder), and megacolon (abnormal stretching of the bladder because of constipation). The only thing I could think of that may likely have led to this is the kind of food I give them. ☹️ Commercial dry cat yung gamit ko, Princess, Lucy, and Special Cat now. As I've read below, I agree na hindi naman usually masama yung dry cat food but some cats talaga they do not drink as much so they end up having urinary problems and god forbid constipation like what happened to my cat, currently confined sa vet clinic since Friday. Super mahal naman if palaging wet cat food lalo na if you have many cats to feed kasi hindi naman kunti kumain ang mga adult cats. 😅 Well, I pray my baby makes it through this ordeal kahit napagastos na ako ng malaki. Time consuming ang homemade cat food, but if you're looking to save money in the long run choose to do this siguro kasi eventually your cat may still end up getting sick if puro processed food yung kakainin similar to humans. Here's to all the cat and pet lovers out here. 🥂 May all our babies live healthy, happy, and full lives. 🙌
i'm praying for your cats fast recovery sobrang nakakatakot lalo pag di sila makaihi, and kahit gumastos ng malaki basta maging okay sila , gumagamit parin ako ng commercial dry foods pero for my cats needed special care need talaga bigyan ng time , and home made foods chicken , squash ang ganda ng poops nila moist and firm, and it helps them to keep hydrated lalo kung mejo may sabaw,

Pag nag dried food ka lagyan mo water, para nakain sila nakakainom pa.. Wag lang dried food. I use special cat and cuties mixed. Ung special cat d maalat (kibbles) natikman ko na 😂, cuties parang wafer konting salt, Ung minino ndi maalat, . Etc etc. Tinitikman ko muna ung kibbles.

Suggestion, those cat owners whose cats eat only dry & dont drink enough water add broth over their food, try serving chicken & or fish broth over dry, to motivate them to get more moisture or add a little broth in water bowl. I add a lttle powdered spiralina mixed w/egg shells & add a little powdered TAURINE, comes in a CAPSULE. Also grind flax seed to grind w/ eggshells & spiralina. Keep in mason jar w/air tight lid. same.. my adult male cat has just recently been diagnosed with issues with urinary and renal functions due to the high magnesium content of the cat fiod they're consuming.. I just came to realize now that feeding our pet quality food matters.. in the long run.. it may cause them serious illness if we neglect the importance of feeding them right.. Thank u much.. Wala ng income except Sa konting pension, marami akong alagang pusa at talaga namang nabibigatan ako sa gastos sa food nila bukod pa pag may nagkasakit medyo mahal magpa vet. Kea naghahanap ako ng sariling lutong food nila. At ito nagustuhan kong gawin. Kea ita try ko. Sana magustuhan din ng mga alaga ko.

Magandang idea ito. Ang problema ko lang dito sa mga pusa ko pag nag meal prep ako ng pangkalahatan, hindi sila parepareho ng trip sa buhay. Meron maaarte ng ayaw ng wet food, me iba lalo na mga senior cats mas gusto ng masabaw. Kakainis eh, eh dati lang naman silang nangangalkal sa basurahan ng karinderya, pinulot ko lang sila nung nag lockdown tapos ngayon maski Cuties na hinaluan ng tamban iniisnob nila. Gusto hihimayin pa, aarte.

Hi. I tried this one po. Before instead of galunggong, whiskas wet food ginamit ko. Then now po galunggong + chicken + carrot na po ginawa ko. Kaso lang hindi kinakain nasasaktan ako. Bakit po kaya? Or ano pong pwede idagdag para kainin? Sayang kasi dami nagawa..😅

Hello po, no problem naman po sa dry cat foods like special cat, nakakalinis dn sila ng teeth ng cats but may mga pusa kasi na hindi umiinom ng water kaya nagkakaproblem in urinary blockage. Especially sa male cats , if mag pprovide po kayo ng mga home made foods okay dn po salmon strips, good source of omega 3 &6 or ung mga chicken feet for collagen. Good for cats dn po =)

Napaka gandang video po nito. Super dami ko ng pusa. Kailangan ko tlga ng recipe ng cat food nila kasi ngayon combi ng wet at dry na commercial cat food gamit ko s knila. Masakit s bulsa at feel ko dun nga sila nagkakasakit. Medyo tyaga lang tlga dahil it takes time para mag prepare. Pero ggyahin ko po itong recipe nyo. Salamat po.

Nag bbigay parin po ako sa kanila ng 1 meal of dry cat food sa kittens, yes po sa dami mejo magastos tlga if wet cat food po lahat =( in our case naka hiwalay po per servings / meal ung lalagayan para di po bagagalaw ung iba, frozen po samin upto 7 days. Ung sa chiller 2-3 days lang po

Daming hater dito kesyo nakakulong daw tsaka gutom. Di ba nila napanuod ng buo or bingi sila eh kakasabi lang na under construction yung place ng mga pusa. Tsaka kung totoong owner ka ng pusa alam mo ang difference ng gutom sa attention seeking.

Hindi po ba nakaka diarrhea yung rice? I fed my cats with chicken mixed with rice, pero napansin ko na wet ang poop nila. I'll try this pa rin para makatipid. I have 9 cats now. Kaloka!

Hi po samin ung 1kg of chicken meat then squash and carrots saka filler, for 25-30 cats nasa 3-4 meals nila heheh mga 2 days, yes po few of out cats dati napansin namin of dry cat food na commercial may hirap umihi, dahil siguro ayaw nila nag water, and ung isa nagka blockage na nga ,, so far okay naman sila fit ung katawan nila but not payat and di dn mataba, okay appetite and wala issue sa pag ihi hehehe.. thank you

Bro.. You should pay close attention to how your cats and animals are behaving. Yung clip mo ng mga pusa na parang gigil na gigil sila lumabas and nung kumain parang ginugutom, you need to address that. Bka deprived sila msyado ng food and you need to not keep them in cages that small. Very concerning. Just an observation and I highly suggest you consider looking at that.

Daming carbs at veggies. Remember, obligate carnivores ang mga pusa. Di nila masyado kelangan ng carbs.
