I have the X-Pro and I requested pic+video but it only send pictures? The cameras don’t have the best connection but the pictures are sent fast. Any suggestions?
To get the videos you need to request them. To do so you need to purchase video requests ($5/50 requests). Go to your photo gallery, press and hold on the image you want to request a video of, it will bring up 2 icons (HD and video), select the video icon. It will give you the option to purchase those requests, press yes. It should then send you videos on the next camera checkin. Each time you request a video it’s going to give you the $5/50 video message but it won’t charge you unless you use all of your 50 requests. Hope that makes sense.
Yes it does. You need to have your camera settings to pic + video and you then need to request the video (it doesn’t automatically get sent to the app). The video (and HD photo requests) cost extra, it’s $5/50 requests.
