You can’t beat the number one rapper on iTunes in a debate.

  • @infjjedi3335

This was the most lovely and well articulated

  • @josephlevine3045

That's a very genuine and respectful response. Bravo.

Alex is the perfect foil to apologetic and theologian debater's. He never loses his cool, keeps his point's concise, and can masterfully use his opponent's own logic against them.

This is what I’ve always said, you can disagree with Shapiro without calling him an idiot, he’s clearly not an idiot (so many people do that) clearly very smart, that doesn’t make him right all the time. People confuse being right 100% of the time with being smart

Humility is the vital key to “unlocking” any healthy and PRODUCTIVE debate. Nothing else can gain the same traction for results.

  • @FergusWalsh-dz7mq

Who would think a Harvard educated lawyer would be good at debating.

  • @notbrad4873

Expected something like "ha-ha stupid religious person" but instead got a kosher analysis

  • @popcult5662

He and Destiny’s debate on Lex is evidence of this

  • @janzalud216

and this is why everyone values Alex. He can disagree with someone deeply, honestly, productively and politely. What a legend. Same as Ben.

I've been watching Alex for around a decade, it's been amazing watching him and so many other thinkers in the philosophical part of UA-cam finally meet and have such beneficial discussions while the world feels like it's screaming. Keep being the voice of reason in the storm :)

I got respect for Alex for respecting Ben. And I am sure Ben also has respect for Alex.

What is impressive to me is that on his own show, he can just go nonstop for 30+ minutes. Even the great Rush Limbaugh had an earpiece in his ear and had at least one person helping him or giving him talking points to bounce against. Shapiro appears to be doing it all truly solo.

I don’t know this guy very well but the way he was able to speak positively about Ben makes me think well of him.

  • @cufflink44

Debating is a sport. Being an effective debater is all about developing the necessary skills and scoring points, not about contributing to a sincere search for truth. Some of the deepest thinkers are poor debaters, and some effective debaters have remarkably shallow intellects.

I dont agree with Ben because I lean more left but he is no doubt a smart dude. I also think he gets taken out of context like most other public figures that speak about politics

  • @puffdaddy69

    His rapping style…

  • @benrees8797

Nice short. Respect for seeing it

  • @wabi_sabi52

Respectful and honest review on Alex’s part. Classy

  • @grahamvandyke

That was a shockingly insightful response to the question, honestly a little blown away by that.
