Super informative vid bro, just got my bloodwork done and my test is 360 as a 19 year old male. I eat almost strictly processed foods, drink a shit load of soda, have no sense of schedule or structure in my sleeping habits or day to day, and I'm frequently stressed out. Hoping that as I break these bad habits my physical and mental well being will follow. I'm curious on the point about no vegetables, are there any vegetables you would consider ok to eat and some that you would stay away from?
Obviously I’m no nutritionist but I personally never eat vegetables bro, if you do research on their defence mechanisms etc you’ll probably understand why I don’t bad for the gut etc
