A very interesting video jazz you go girl
Jazz, I really like this! I love the sounds of the bells and chimes and, especially, the flute! I have trouble visualizing because I am blind and have been for as long as as i can remember, but I think this meditation is still a keeper!
I’m a collector of meditations so, there’s that. I’m always finding ways to adapt them to fit my non-visual needs, so I’m sure I can do that with this one.
