Inside the house and along for this project I did all my internet research and came up with a plan to use Kilz Restoration as a primer that is supposed to block the stains and the smells and had favorable review online and then I follow up with a coat of Behr Marquee Paint and I'll let you see the progress and the finished outcome from this job.
