Riga to Vilnius on Lux Express Bus

On this one we go from Riga to Vilnius Lithuania on the Lux Express Bus. This one was long but not as long as the journey from Tallinn to Riga. This was basically a non stop bus and the bus has WiFi.

LuxExpress is a horrible bus company

May I ask why? I was planning on riding bus Riga-Tallinn and unfortunentally there doesnt seem to be direct trains. I heard people praise Lux Express but I havent ridden it yet. I would like any advice and also tell me reasons why Lux Express is horrible in your opinion.
