I am a thrifting gal also. I will use just about anything with some yardage. Shower curtains and table cloths are often very interesting and have lace. I came across a bag of new zippers at the thrift store that had over 100 zippers! YEHAW! It was $9 or $10 for the whole bag. Just subscribed and look forward to seeing more of your videos.
Oh my goodness, what a find! That is incredible! I once found a bag of embroidery floss for around $10 along with an entire array of knitting needles for the same and I felt lucky then, but 100 zippers is just the most amazing find I have ever heard! Thank you so much for subscribing - I can't wait to get back to sharing more videos soon!
Hi Brittani ... (from Normandy in France) Just found you on YT. My passion is sewing but never thought to go thrifting for fabric... Well that's all changed now 😅 Love all your finds and I'm looking forward to following you on your sewing journey. And yes please, more thrifting vlogs 😊
That's so exciting! Welcome to the thrifting-for-fabric world of sewing! I hope that you find loads of awesome, unique material the next time you are at an op shop!
I'm a lifelong (much older than you!) thrifter as well!! ❤ You got some nice fabrics, thanks for sharing! You are so sweet, glad to have found your channel. ☺️
Oh yay! Do you have any ideas what you might create with your prepped materials? I just cut into one of my thrifted bedsheets and am so excited to sew it up!
I'm a recent subbie here on YT (having followed you on IG for a while!), and I absolutely love your videos! It'd be great to see what items you as a maker thrift for your sewing projects. So, yes to more of such videos please! :)
Oh yay! Thank you so much for hopping over here and supporting my new video work! I actually am thinking of doing another video like this soon (eeep!) as I just snagged a bunch of incredible fabrics from a recent thrift outing!
I am in Georgia! I live about an hour outside of Atlanta but often travel to different towns and cities around me to find the best places for thrifting!
I'm sorry about that -- it was quite a dreary day when I filmed. I have since tried to pick days in which it is not so overcast so that the fabrics really stand out ☺ I am still learning for sure!
Yess I love thrifting! Keep taking us thrifting with you! 😂 loved all your finds!!
Yay! Thank you! I have been itching to thrift for so long, I just might need to take a little trip sooner rather than later ☺
Just came across ypur video. I love your shows . Decided to subscribe and follow.

I'm going thrifting tomorrow and this has me excited to look for some fabric! Never thought to look in the curtain section!
Oh my gosh I hope you have so much fun! The curtain + bed linen sections are my absolute favorite. There are some true treasures there
What state is your thrift store? I can never find fabric at any thrift stores near me- you are so lucky.

Love Your videos!
What material was the pillowcase?
That's a good question! I believe it is a cotton/ poly twill of some sort.
I can’t tell anything about these fabrics. She seems to be sitting in a dark room.
