His voice is at his prime, except some screams! Holy damn, its legendary! His voice is sensational!

@@mensink97 yes, plus when I saw the Quadrophenia tour he'd whip that mic around and toss it 30' in the air, pull it down and catch it all in one motion...

@@nanchanger Yeah I noticed that Roger is barely swinging his mic around anymore. He still does some 'stage entertaining': it matches with his age.

@@mensink97 of course, but that image of tan skin, huge head of blond curls, loincloth looking vest, marching in place at the front and mic acrobats are embedded in my impressionable teenage head forever, just like Peter running across the stage and smashing his guitar to bits, mind-blowing...

@nanchanger Truth of the matter is that this is one the most phenomenal live’ performing bands of all time and in their prime it’s unmatched! 🇬🇧🎸

The WHO….. “The Kids Are Alright” Tour 1989. Rich Stadium Buffalo N.Y…….. AWESOME
After the concert the Who were being interviewed on the local radio station and the DJ asked the band…. “So what do you think about that new RAP music coming out”…. Roger Daltrey laughed and started to answer when John Entwistle said….. “let me answer this one….. It seems to me that if you can’t write music, can’t play music, can’t sing music, if you know absolutely nothing at all about music, well then, you do rap now don’t you”….. Then. Pete Townshend said….. “If Hitler was going to come back and torture the world again he would use rap music. Roger Daltrey laughed and said…. “Isn’t that the truth”

The DJ was an idiot, rap was far from new in 1989...

4 old guys don't like new music, never heard that one before.

@@fromulus I guess it depends on your definition of "Music"

@@fromulus That was 33 years ago they yet were not old in those days.
      And they were bloody right.
I can' t imagine a more worse " music" than Rap.
We had so much great black music in history like blues, jazz, r&b, soul, funk, reggae.
But rap is the decline of black music.

The Who looks really old. Zak Starkey is the best drummer they ever had.

As kids Pete and Roger would've played on bomb-sites, so yeah, they are old.
